إطلالته على البحيره وتعامل الموظفين حيث كانوا ودودين

السرير مرتبته اسفنجيه ولم تكن مريحه في النوم كذلك ستارة غرفة النوم الرئيسية المطله على الشارع شفافه ولم تحجب اشعة الشمس كذلك غرفة النوم الرئيسيه مركب على جدار الغرفه لوح زجاج يكشف ما بداخلها لمن يجلس في صالة المعيشة وبالتالي لاتعطي خصوصية للزوجين

لايوجد شيء اعجبني اسوء مكان في زيلامسي الموظفون تعامهم سيء ، وصلنا بعد الساعه 6 وتفاجئت الشقه كلها عناكب وغير صالحه للاقامه الانسانيه الجدران متسخه الاسره ماهي اسره تكسر الظهر ، ازعاج السيارات والقطار اشبه بالجحيم الشقه مكتومه لايوجد نسمه هواء وعند فتح الشباك سوف ينفجر راسك من ازعاج الطريق يوجد مراوح لكن هي الاخرى مزعجه جدا دفعت مقابل ليله 660يورو بدون ان انام ساعه واحده خرجنا من هذي الشقه ونحن مرهقون متعبون الام بالظهر وصداع وعند تاخرنا في الخروج لعدم استطاعتنا النوم ولان امامنا قياده هددونا باستعداء الشرطه لاننا تاخرنا ساعه اضافيه عن ساعه الخروج ، لم اتهنى لدقيقه واحده باطلاله البحيره التي دفعت مقابل اضافي لها بسبب السكن الغير الصالح للاقامه ، جميع مرفقات الشقه مهترئه حتى الباب مكسور Nothing impressed me — the worst place in Zell am See. The staff were unhelpful. We arrived after 6 PM and were shocked to find the apartment full of spiders and completely unfit for human stay. The walls were dirty, and the beds were not real beds — they broke our backs. The noise from cars and trains was like hell. The apartment was suffocating with no fresh air, and if you opened the window, your head would explode from the noise of the road. There were fans, but they were just as noisy. I paid €660 for one night and couldn’t sleep a single hour. We left the apartment exhausted, suffering from back pain and headaches. Because we couldn’t sleep and had a long drive ahead, we delayed our check-out by one extra hour — only to be threatened by the staff to call the police on us for being late.

اقامة ممتعه في زيلامسي في احلى سكن

الشقه رقم 24 والاطلالة روعه وخيال حيث انها تطل مباشرة على بحيره زيلامسي الشقه واسعه وفيها ثلاث غرف نوم، غرفة نوم رئيسية مع حمام وشور. وحمام اخر وشور منفصلين مع الغرف الاخرى. المطبخ فيه جميع الادوات للطبخ العائلي العربي، مع ثلاجه وغسالة صحون. المميز في الشقه هو قوة عزل الصوت، ما عدى جهة النافذه لما يمر القطار، صوته مرتفع. الارضية كانت خشب وكانت تحتاج تنظيف مباشرة عند وجود الماء ، كانت متعبه لنا. الشقق 22، 23 و 24 في الطابق الثالث، وللاسف المصعد معطل، فكانت فرصه للتمارين الرياضية. قريبه من الطاعم والاسواق العربيه مسافة 5 الى 10 مشي. الاستقبال رائعين ومتعاونين. ارتحنا جدا في السكن ولا حسينا بأي نقص. شكرا جزيلا لكم.

المصعد الجهة اليمنى من المبنى معطل للشقق 22، 23، 24، الجهة اليسرى كان شغال.

جاء العامل وموظف الاستقبال عدة مرات يطرق الباب يوم الخروج ( اخر يوم ) من الساعة 10 ص بشكل غير لائق يطلب من المغادرة باسرع وقت !!!! ولاتوجد نظافة بشكل يومي خدمة التنظيف للغرف

النظافة سيئة جداً . عدم توفير أدوات النظافة ( كالمناديل والصابون ) أثناء فترة الإقامة . عدم الإستجابة من العاملين . تعطل المصعد وبقي يومين دون إصلاح بالرغم من إبلاغهم وعند الخروج كان حمل الحقائب متعب جداً . عدم توفير عامل لحمل الحقائب مع الفندق ثلاثة أدوار ومتعب في حمل الحقائب .

النظافه والأثاث و الشقه شرحة كل شي متوفر ، وسهلين جدا جداً في اليوم الثاني من تسليم الشقه أعادوا ليا التامين أوصي بها جميع الأصدقاء و الاحباب مواقف مخصصه مجاناً ، كان ساكن في شقه T3 اشكر جميع القائمين على هذا المجمع الرائع

Prostorný apartmán, každá ložnice má svoji koupelnu s toaletou, dobře vybavená kuchyně. Velká terasa s posezením. Personál ochotný, k zapůjčení elektrokola. Parkování v objektu. Měli jsme 2 auta / ve 4 osobách/, nebyl problém zaparkovat i druhý vůz. Dobrá poloha v centru, k jezeru řádově desítky metrů.

Blízkost frekventované silnice a železnice, může vadit hluk při otevřeném okně....

Comfortable apartment with the best view in town.

The view is absolutely stunning. There are two spacious balconies with lake and mountain view. It’s very clean and comfortable, there are blinds and drapes that make the room pitch black. The sauna is really nice and it’s great to be able to have it to yourself.

The second bedroom is very small, there’s no furniture for clothes. It has a shower and sink but the second toilet is separate. The elevator doesn’t go up completely, there’s an additional set of stairs from the elevator to the apartment.

Prijs - kwaliteit is helemaal goed, schone locatie en makkelijk om naar skiliften te gaan!

De ruimte van het appartement en hoe compleet het appartement was. Ook de sauna was helemaal prima (schoon!). De locatie ligt goed als je met de auto naar een skilift wilt.

De kwaliteit van de slaapbank viel erg tegen, het matras zakte in en was niet fijn. Een beter matras voor de extra persoon zou een goeie investering zijn.

Expetremely comfortable stay

The unit was very well maintained. Clean and tidy with new furniture. Clean bathroom and toilette. Adequately equipped kitchenette with the dish washer and coffee machine. Clean and comfortable beddings. Soundproof windows were very helpful for a restful sleep. The place is very close to the small city centre and the cafes. The washing machine was helpful since our travel was a longterm one.

The unit is located very close to the railway tracks. So, if you wish to open the balcony door, the noise of the passing trains will be very disturbing.

Very nice place , with an amazing view of the lake , superb cleanness with very kind and friendly staff , free parking and few minutes walking from the city center Very convenient apartment with everything you may need . I loved the balcony 😍 the view of the lake from the balcony is just beautiful..

Nothing , all was great. It may get a little noisy from the car traffic and train at the rush hours, but I didn't mind it.
