Very nice place, definitly to visit again

Excellent location, great view. Proximity to city, same as ski lifts, which are one bus stop away. Walking is like 10-15 minutes. Convenient parking space and lockers for ski equipment. Appartments are fully equiped and well maintaned. Liked the place a lot

A beautifully located and designed apartment with lake views, modern, exceptionally clean and spacious with everything close by.

The only issue we had was no hot water twice and no communication about it when we tried to call or email.

Great for large groups, very clean and in great condition. Great location if you are staying in Zell am See and need to

Spacious, great view, very clean, well stocked, warm, comfy. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again. This is a great spot for groups too. Main town was a 5 min walk away, and train station was a 10 min walk. Loved that we got the Zell am See- Kaprun card as well which meant our public transport within Salzburg was included! Make sure you download the app.

Tv didn’t work properly in living room for apartment 26. We did try get it fixed but we stayed over the holidays so staff wasn’t available when we were free, they did try and fix it but it didn’t work. It didn’t affect overall stay, but it would have been nice to watch tv. There were other tvs in the bedrooms that worked fine.

Very good and comfortable

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is clean, perfect for two couples. It has a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It's close to the city center and right by the lake.

We couldn't lower the temperature; it was too hot at times. But maybe we just couldn't find it. But that's a minor detail.

The view is amazing

The view was amazing. The atmosphere of the apartment is nice. The 2 toilets are very useful. The receptionist lady is really nice and helpful. The sauna is privát booking.

There is actually 1 bedroom with two single beds, the other room is the living room itself. If you pull the curtain because of the amazing view, you can see into the "bedroom" from the parking lot. There is no baking tray for the oven.

Unfortunately the stay was not satisfactory The flat was very old with old furniture And the flat was very hot with no AC which forced me to leave early Moreover, I keep sending messages to return my security deposit without any action

Comfortable apartment with the best view in town.

The view is absolutely stunning. There are two spacious balconies with lake and mountain view. It’s very clean and comfortable, there are blinds and drapes that make the room pitch black. The sauna is really nice and it’s great to be able to have it to yourself.

The second bedroom is very small, there’s no furniture for clothes. It has a shower and sink but the second toilet is separate. The elevator doesn’t go up completely, there’s an additional set of stairs from the elevator to the apartment.

Expetremely comfortable stay

The unit was very well maintained. Clean and tidy with new furniture. Clean bathroom and toilette. Adequately equipped kitchenette with the dish washer and coffee machine. Clean and comfortable beddings. Soundproof windows were very helpful for a restful sleep. The place is very close to the small city centre and the cafes. The washing machine was helpful since our travel was a longterm one.

The unit is located very close to the railway tracks. So, if you wish to open the balcony door, the noise of the passing trains will be very disturbing.

Very nice place , with an amazing view of the lake , superb cleanness with very kind and friendly staff , free parking and few minutes walking from the city center Very convenient apartment with everything you may need . I loved the balcony 😍 the view of the lake from the balcony is just beautiful..

Nothing , all was great. It may get a little noisy from the car traffic and train at the rush hours, but I didn't mind it.

Great stay, our second to Zell am See. Really lovely holiday

Apartment was great, very warm clean and conveniently close to the slopes

Already made a few suggestions when we checked out for a little more kitchen equipment that would make self catering easier - but very minor comments.

Only location nothing else !

The apartment full of spider and spider net!! , lots of dust on floor , bad cleaning before check in . Bad smell in the toilet. No housekeeping its a self service and u have to wash the used towels . Old kitchen equipments . Elevator was out of service for full day !!!! Old furniture with some damaged chairs

No Air Conditioning

The staff, the location, in fact I liked everything except for the lack of air conditioning.

1- In my opinion this accommodation has the potential for being the best in all of Zell Am See, but it has one serious problem which is the lack of air conditioning. We booked an apartment during August and it was like living in a sauna due to the extreme heat to the extent where we could barely sleep. 2- The second issue is related to the first, namely, when opening the windows to get some cool air from outside (if any) all forms of insects would crawl in, such as spiders, wasps and other weird looking insects. It would be helpful if at least a mesh window or fly screen could be installed on windows to keep insects out.

Staff was friendly on the phone.

We didn't have a pleasant stay. There was a bad smell in the apartment, light in the fridge didn't work, fans in WC running all night causing terrible sleep, bed lights not working, flooring in poor condition. Food leftovers under the curtains?, and blood stain on the bed sheets? All this against the price concludes, we will not come back and cannot recommend this place to others.
