Would have preferred a See view!

The reception lady was extremely helpful. If you stay in this resort make sure you get a See view - we didn’t and felt disappointed.

Reception hours are very limited. The flat felt dark - no opening window in third bedroom. No chopping board, we had to ask for a corkscrew and the dishwasher was not unpacked when we arrived. A sizeable Euro deposit was requested on arrival and immediately taken from my a/c - 5 working days later and this has not yet been re credited. I telephoned to check and was reassured this was actioned the day after we left and should be with me in 10 days… this seems very one sided! I have experienced this deposit to cover against property damages but it has always been instantly re credited on check out.

Super location in a clean, tidy and well maintained apartment complex

Excellent location, clean and tidy, good facilities, good quality fixtures and fittings, lots of parking, nice wide concourses, walkaways and access via loft or stairs for bulky items like bikes/snowsports equipment

I couldn’t find help when needed

Great location, but it was a small apartment for 6 people Overall i like my stay but it could be more better.

Parking: Every time I found someone parked on the parking that was provided with my apartment and when I parked somewhere else the other person was not happy that i took there space

Zeer goede locatie - we hebben genoten van ons verblijf

Het complex was zeer recent en heeft een mooie architectuur. De wellness in de kelder met sauna en infraroodcabine was erg goed. Het systeem om deze te reserveren was erg makkelijk. De gangen en ook het appartement waren brandschoon.

Omdat we er verbleven tijdens de eindejaarsperiode was de receptie voornamelijk onbemand. We moesten zelf voor toiletpapier zorgen, wat toch wel inclusief had kunnen zijn als service.
