About this apartment rental

Located on a hill, but nevertheless in the heart of Zell am See, the apartment Snowmountain combines a prime location with breathtaking views over the town, the lake and the panoramic surrounding mountain-range.

In a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the historic town and the amazing Schmitten ski arena, ski lifts connecting to the Saalbach region and all other amenities are comfortably reachable within just a couple of walking minutes.

This apartment offers modern and comfortable furniture in typical alpine-style and two balconies with amazing lake and mountain views.

Room layout:

ground floor:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a flatscreen-tv
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and underfloor heating
- 1 small storage room with a washing machine

1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with two single beds with a lake view and en-suite bathroom with a shower + WC

- infrared sauna
- separate toilet
- storage room
- access to the balcony and the deck (down a few stairs)

2nd floor:
- open plan living room with modern Alpine-style kitchen, dining area and lounge
- 2 balconies with a panoramic view
- modern, cosy living room furniture with a large flatscreen TV

outside area:
- 1 storage room for skis with a ski boot dryer (this skiroom is also used by 1 other apartment)

The view is truly stunning and the layout was so practical for our family. We had grandparents in the middle floor and parents, baby and toddler on the lower floor.

The place was beautiful ! I couldn’t recommend this place more to anymore. Alpen apartments, have been the best in keeping in contact and provided a great service. The views are insane and the place is so well kept. Alpen provided guest passes for Zell am see and discounted ski hire. They truly are the best rental provider I have every used.
