Nice apartament in Zell am See South

Very clean and nicely equipped apartment. Very quiet at night.

Location bit remote from downtown, but close to ski lift and also close to Kaprun Glacier.

For Rosengarten apartment. The owner (Michael) was very friendly, the apartment is perfect for family size 4-6, modern finishing with good size seating & dining area. Modern finishing for bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped, very nice & dedicated backyard. Very good wifi, No car parking issue. The surrounding area is quit.

No AC (for visitor during hot weather) as most of the accommodations in the area. I recommend providing fans. No shataf (شطاف) in the bath room. Despite these notes the apartment worth the money paid.

Very beautiful property in a great location close to train (Pinzgau lokalbahn) and bus stops, with local shops nearby. Apartment very nicely furnished with high quality appliances and beautiful views from balcony. Friendly hosts, lovely playground for the kids in garden and everything Zell am see has to offer , I would definitely return to Gästehaus Trixl.

Easy parking, big room. The included Zell-am-see summer card provided great value. The owner provided help and was very nice and friendly. Close to supermarket and a good bakery (with car).

The property did not provide basics (like shower soap/shampoo, oil for cooking, etc). In other properties we used to receive these, so we had difficulty using the amenities. There was not a good smell in the room (we opened the window so it evaporated after about an hour) The property is further than expected from the lake

We were there with our puppy. Lisa was super nice, the check in was easy and she gave us some hints were to go for dinner with our dog. View from the living room is amazing. Definatelly to repeat!

Perfect, wonderful - we are coming back in winter!

We recieved free Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Cards for whole family which saved us at least 150 EUR for the cable car to Kitzsteinhorn and other attractions around Zell am See and Kaprun.

I was charged over the booking amount for house keeping but actually the service for it was not provided and used to clean and make the room ourselves!

Nádherný týden v Zell am See

Jednoznačně nejlepší dovolená a ubytování které jsme kdy s rodinou navštívili. Paní majitelka příjemná,ochotná,hned po příjezdu jsme měli už nachystané summer card,můžete si i denně objednat donášku čerstvého pečiva.Apartmán prostorný,postele pohodlné,vše čisté.

Luxusní ubytování - víc není co dodat

Naprosto luxusní ubytování s kompletní vybavením. Velmi příjemná a pohodová paní domácí :) Možnost si ráno nechat donést čerstvé pečivo. Bezpečné uložení kol, soukromé parkoviště. A jako obrovský bonus - Summercard, kterou získáte máte na týden vystaráno co se týče možností vyži v okolí - lanovky a vstupy zdarma atp. To se týká i veškeré veřejné dopravy.

Možná za vyšších letních teplot absence klimatizace. Jinak absolutně naprosté spokojenost :)

Ideaal om Sell am See te ontdekken

Heel aangenaam, proper en praktisch appartement. Lieve en behulpzame eigenaars. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer en winkels. Dankzij de (persoonlijke) zomerpas hebben wij gebruik kunnen maken van de lokale trein, bus en kabelbanen. Geweldig !!

Voor mij persoonlijk was het bed iets te hard, mijn man en kinderen vonden het wel ok :-) Het verblijf ligt redelijk dichtbij een autoweg.
