An awesome property in an incredible location

Location was perfect, having the summer card and guest mobility ticket was a real bonus.

A small banister outside the upstairs bedroom would be good as it is a little dangerous to be so close to the edge of the stairs without one. We put some books down to encourage us to walk round properly

* The big size * The spacious balcony * 3 Toilets (2 with showers) * Direct parking * close to few useful shops * very helpful and supporting owner (Tom) * Tom was very accessible and respond immediately in the chat and try to make ur stay complete.

* bed sheets were not clean- had some hair etc (i went and bought new ones)- though the owner offered to changed them but i wanted to be sure they are clean so i bought new ones. * cost for the sheets and cleaning which is added to the price is high. * No A/C though i went in the cold weather so wasnt a big thing for me.

Alles prima!

Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles geräumig und hell. Der Blick mit Bergpanorama ist toll. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber doch zentral. Bahnhof und Bäckerei kann man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen.

Die Lage ist ein Traum! Vor allem die Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight mit der (noch) unverbauten Sicht auf das Kitzsteinhorn. Check-In war absolut reibungslos und Kontaktlos. Hilfe war telefonisch immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Möbel sind etwas überholt.

مكان جميل جداً أقمت فيه خمسة أيام ... الشقة واسعة و نظيفة جداً و إطلالتها روعة خاصة شقة 5 العلوية هي في منطقة شاليهات و شقق في المنتصف بين زيلامسي و كابرون اسمها زيلرموس منطقة هادئة جداً ...

لم يعجبني فيها الدرج داخل الشقة خصوصاً للأطفال الصغار فيه انحدار شديد و خطورة شديدة عند الخروج من الغرفة العلوية ... وضعت كرسي و صوفة لمنع السقوط ...

Bardzo przestrzenny apartament z pięknym widokiem na Alpy i lodowiec Kitzsteinhorn. Ogromny taras na którym można spędzać chwile relaksu przy jednoczesnym podziwianiu widoków. Bardzo dobre wypożyczenie w kuchni.

Polecamy doposażyć kuchnię w podstawowe przyprawy co napewno ułatwi przygotowanie posiłków bez konieczności robienia zakupów zwłaszcza gdy sklepy sa zamknięte.

سكن رائع جداً جداً انصح فيه وبقوة

اجمل مكان سكنت فيه على الاطلاق .. الشقة رقم 5 فعلاً تستحق كل مايدفع فيها .. الشقة جداً نظيفه ومتوفر فيها كل شي من اواني الطبخ واطلاله فوق الخيال على الطبيعه الجميلة.. البكونه اكثر من رائعة .. الشقه في الدور الاول ومقسمه على دورين يوجد في الدور السفلي دورتين مياه وغرفتين وصاله فيها كنب يتحول الى سرير كبير ..صاحب الشقة متعاون جداً جداً وويرد عليك مباشرة.. عندما تسكن هذه الشقة لاترغب بالخروج منها ابداً .. طبعاً ايضاً توفر لك بطاقة زيلامسي وكابرون لجميع الانشطة مجاناً.. يتوفر موقف لسياره خاص فيك .. وامان جداً .. تقع في المنتصف بين كابرون وزيلامسي تقريباً تبعد خمس دقائق فقط منهم ..

لايوجد شطاف في الحمام تحتاج تجيب معك .. السكن في منطقة ريفية لايوجد بالقرب منك سوبر ماركت لذلك عليك الحرص بأحضار ماتحتاج معك .. اقرب سبار لك يبعد خمس دقايق بالسياره فقط .. اعلى الدرج في الطابق الثاني من الشقة لايوجد حاجز عند خروجك من الغرفة لازم تنتبه اذا معك اطفال .. انا وضعت كرسي المكتب عند حافة الدرج ..

Für unseren Kurztrip war die Unterkunft absolut ok, wir würden Sie aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns hervorragend da wir ohnehin mit dem PKW angereist sind und so alles auf kurzem Weg erreichen konnten. Es gab einen Brötchenservice der hervorragend geklappt hat, bis 20 Uhr am Vorabend bestellt und am nächsten Morgen bis 7:30 Uhr spätestens geliefert, die Qualität war prima. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, man fand alles vor, was man benötigt. Das Masterschlafzimmer unterm Dach war außergewöhnlich schön mit einem super Ausblick und einem Bad en Suite, die Möbel und Lampen sehr geschmackvoll.

Die Unterkunft war leider gar nicht sauber geputzt und war bitter kalt als wir kamen da die Heizung auf 0 war. Das geht in einem Monat wie November leider gar nicht zumal der Wohnraum der Unterkunft durch die sehr hohe Raumhöhe enorm groß ist und sich dadurch leider schwer aufwärmt. Somit haben wir den ersten Abend leider sehr gefroren da es keine Decken in der Unterkunft gab. Das Bad im EG war leider gar nicht sauber geputzt und der Abfluss funktionierte nicht. Dies hatte man schon beim betreten der Unterkunft gesehen da im Türrahmen der Badezimmer (sowohl im EG als auch im DG) Wasserschäden zu sehen war, das Holz war dunkel verfärbt. Man konnte leider gar nicht lange duschen weil man durch den verstopften Abfluss das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Da die Unterkunft für maximal 8 Personen ausgelegt ist, wurde in der Vergangenheit logischerweise oft die Couch im Wohnzimmer als Schlafcouch genutzt. Das sieht man auch... Die Couch ist leider sehr eklig gewesen und wies eindeutige Spuren auf. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt ok, wir werden definitiv wieder nach Zell am See kommen werden uns aber dann für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden da uns Sauberkeit und ein angenehmes Duschen sehr wichtig ist.

ياخي السكن ولا غلطة افضل سكن سكنته في اوروبا جميل مرتب نضيف راعي المكان محترم واخلاقه عاليا واعطانا عسل هدية سهولة تسجيل الوصول و الخروج المطبخ كامل من كل شي وفيه بقاله وسوبرماركت قريب بالسكن بعيد عن الزحمة وهادى وفريب مره من زيلامسي المواقفبالسكن تكفي 4 سيارات لان كنا سيارتين الشرفة والمطل رووعه اكيد برجع له ثاني مره بخصوص الصور ترا الصور ضالمت المكان مرره بالواقع احلى بكثيير
