Stunning location

The property was in a good location, an easy drive to Zell am See and Kaprun. It was a nice and quiet neighbourhood with stunning views of the mountains. It was a good base to travel to the attractions. The beds were comfy and the living area was spacious. Parking was always available in the designated spaces. It was very warm which was useful for the cold nights. We had access to the Summer Card which we made great use of - thank you so much!

There was food from the previous user left in the dishwasher which made it quite smelly. There were also no baking trays. The shower on the ground floor was tricky to use because lots of water escaped making the whole room very wet. However we appreciate there was a squeegee to drain the water away!

Superb

Chalet Edelweiss located in quiet and nice area, just short drive to Kaprun and 20 min to Saalbach ski area. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double bed and one double bed with a sofa), bathroom and sauna upstairs and big studio and additional bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is very well equiped and has all technics, cookware and cutlery. The sauna is easy operated and heats very quickly. The extra plus - washing and dryer machins.

Great place for a family skiing trip

The house is very comfortable, clean and spacious with a fireplace in the living room. A private sauna is a great advantage after skiing. There is a shopping center very close to the house. Parking in front of the chalet. Kitchen is very well equipped. The house owner is very nice and helpful.

This place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

This place has everything you need. 3 toilets, 3 showers (if you include the one next to the sauna), a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso, etc. It's all there! The place is easily reachable by car and from there, it only takes 5 minutes to reach Zell am See. And since we stayed here during a specific time in the summer, we also received a Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card for all guests, saving us hundreds each. Thank you for everything, Tom!

apartmán nebyl uklizen při příjezdu byly špinava podlaha , prach, spinava okna , wifi a TV nebyly funkční a wifi stále vypadávala odpověď na reklamaci 0! špatná komunikace za zákaznický servis o apartmán. ubytovaný byli 4 dospělí a 3 děti

De deur van de douche beneden is onhandig in de gang en met de buitendeur. Mijn tip is om daar een schuif deur in te zetten. Scheelt een hoop ruimte.

الموقع ممتاز ويقدم بطاقة كابرون وزيلامسي الصيفية وينفع للعائلات الكبيرة يوجد غرفتين نوم و اريكة يقلب سرير عدد 2 في الصاله وفي الغرفة الكبيرة وبلكونة ويوجد غسالة صحون وغسالة ملابس ومطبخ متكامل يعتبر شاليه جيد

لحف السرير غير نظيفة والسعر مرتفع والحمامات لايوجد تصريف مياه غير منطقة الشاور فقط تتجمع المياه في باقي الحمام ولايوجد شطاف فقط

لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف اثناء الاقامه . الخروج sheck-out لازم قبل الساعه 10 صباحاً. الحديقه مشتركه مع الجيران وغير مرتبه .

الشاليه جدا ممتاز عباره عن أربع غرف ثلاثة في الدور الارضي و الرابعه ماستر بس في القبو في الدور الأول عباره عن صاله و مطبخ و طاولة طعام لعائلة كبيرة مناسب جدا المطبخ كان ممتاز مجهز بالكامل يا ريت لو موفرين مراوح اكثر لان الجو كان حار

كل شي كان ممتاز بس يا ريت يكون المالك اسرع في الاستجابه لأنه يتاخر اشوي (كان الموضوع بخصوص بطاقة زيلامسي و كابرون الصيفية) غير كذا أرضية الحمامات يبالها تنظيف احسن من كذا غرفة الغسيل يبالها تنظيف و عناية اكثر

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage und doch zentral und alles lei.

Die ruhige Lage und trotzdem mit dem Rad schnell am See und in der Stadt. Lift und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kaprun und das Zentrum von Zell am See ein Katzensprung. Lage gleich neben dem Golfplatz im Winter direkt an den Loipen. Das Chalet ist toll ausgestattet (modern, alpin, gemütlich) und herrlich zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag. Wunderschöne Region zum Urlaub machen Sommer, wie Winter!

Ich könnte immer dort leben, alles gut!
