We stayed here for 3 nights with friends and absolutely loved it. The apartment is very spacious, with 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large dining room and kitchen, several bathrooms, and even a relaxing sauna. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the mountains and sunsets—perfect for winding down after a day outdoors. Grocery stores are just a 5-minute drive away, and there are plenty of fantastic hiking options nearby (such as Schmittenhöhe, Sigmund-Thun Klamm, and the Kitzsteinhorn summit at ‘Top of Salzburg’). We also received a summer tourist card, which included free cable car rides, public transport, and discounts on many attractions. Highly recommended for groups or families looking for comfort, convenience, and stunning surroundings.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need: a large amount of kitchenware, a convenient location, a beautiful view of the mountains, and comfortable beds and pillows. A very nice green yard and terrace.

There were no coffee capsules for the coffee machine (at least for one morning when checking in for several days) and no tea. Please also leave some salt. The layout of the two bedrooms in the basement is a bit unusual, and there is a ventilation issue there: an exhaust system is needed, since the sauna is also located in the same area. Although the rooms themselves are comfortable and everything is fine overall, but there is not enough fresh air, even with the window left open overnight! (These are three-bedroom apartments located on the ground floor)

There was no elevator, so the stairs were tiring to carry bags.

Great place. They gave us an upgrade. Make sure you understand that there is no A/C in this place. Around here, in June to August it is hot. Though our room was slightly cooler. Collecting the key is an ordeal. The keys are at the city center and not at the location. Rooms are great and there is a living room and fully furnished kitchen if you really want to make use of it (we did not use it extensively). The Reception told us that there are fans in the house, but there weren't any. So that was a bit disappointing.

No fans, no AC. No AC is apparently a fine print on Bookings.com. But make sure you are cool with it. But there were no fans either. (While the lady at the reception told us that there are)

Summer card and train stop close the apartment were good things.

Apartment was really spacious for eight persons, but but poorly equipped, only four wine classes and five tea spoons, though more was delivered two days after we asked them. The cleaning was so bad that your feet would be completely black if you walked without a slipper.

Lovely place in good location

Like: Modern and bright, super clean, good location not too far from the lift, good value for the money. Dislike: check-in was a mess with the keybox not working properly and having been told a wrong address and nobody to help at midnight. Shower smelled. Train runs in front of the garden (luckily not at night)

Great ski base

Big 4 bedroom apartment, very warm, light and well equipped. It's 10 minutes on the bus to the nearest ski station and 30 minutes to the glacier at Kaprun. Comfortable sitting area, big TV, multiple bathrooms including sauna and 2 baths. Good value compared to other options we looked at and is 10 minutes drive to Zell am See centre.

Need thermostatic valves on the showers, the extractor fan for the oven doesn't vent outside so the whole apartment smells of food very quickly when cooking.

Was lacking a few bits but it didn’t effect our stay really. (chopping boards (we ended up buying some) and cooking dishes.)

The apartment is very nice luxurious. It was very clean.

They charge 110 Eur for cleaning and still asks us to clean the dishes and take out the garbage before we leave. We stayed only for 1 day, they will only need to change the sheets for 110 Eur. That's a rip off.

Well equiped apartment. We had everything we needed, well heated and comfortable. Each bedroom with its bathroom. Close to both Kaprun and Zell am See ski lifts by car or ski bus

A cozy apartment near zell am see

Loved the whole place. The rooms were cozy. The view from the living room was really nice too.

The check in was approx 2 kms away. Not so good for people who don't have a car to travel.

highly recommended for the families clean, conformable with amazing view of the mountain and train. Around 8 mins from zell lake The great thing is that there is a toilet hose/bidet

batteries of TV remotes need to be changed. No trash/garbage bin in rooms only in the kitchen/bathroom It would would be great if laundry is available in the apartment
