Great location. Everything is close - ski rental, grocery store, ski lifts, restaurants, train and bus stops in 5-10min walking distance. Apartment cosy and nice looking. In basement available washing machine and dryer.

Couldn’t find how to turn down heated floors as temperature on controller was set to minimum. A bit too hot during the night. Price a bit too high.

The apartment is on the third floor with one access only by stairs. No elevator available. It’s fine if you are young and healthy but if you have seniors it might bother them.

We had a number of criteria when choosing a place to rent: We wanted: at least 2 bedrooms (the apartment has 3); a bathtub; quiet area; and walking distance to a family member's apartment. The apartment met all of those criteria. We were impressed by how well-built the property was.

I realize that Americans are not the target audience for the property, but surely other people are unaccustomed to some of the aspects of Austrian living? We would have appreciated a manual for using the apartment. If my brother hadn't explained the partially opened window-doors to me, I would have thought that they were broken. None of us could figure out how to use the doorbell security system. It was hot in the apartment, despite leaving the window-doors open. It would have been great to have something less heavy than a duvet to sleep under. We weren't sure if the knobs in several of the rooms were thermostats, but we turned them to the lowest setting in hopes that we weren't heating the apartment. The bathtub was much appreciated, although it could use some sort of anti-slip mat to make it safer. The second bathroom had an open shower, making it impossible to bathe without getting water all over the toilet and other surfaces. The super-bright string of lights outlining the roof on one side of the building were very annoying when trying to sleep. The kitchen had tons of workspace, but not much in the way of dishes. The dishwasher did a poor job of cleaning, so we usually washed dishes by hand. The doors are impressively solid, although several of them would not stay open. A few doorstops would have come in handy. All that aside, though, we had a wonderful visit, enjoying the scenery and, especially, time with family.

De bijkomende kosten. De stank op de gang. Het niet op tijd verschonen van de handdoeken terwijl daar extra voor betaald was. Het contact via WhatsApp (wat dagelijks nodig was omdat bijvoorbeeld de smart tv niet werkte, de regendouche die niet werkte, de brandvlekken op de werkbladen en de aangekoekte spaghetti van de vorige gasten, die bleef loeien). Het niet verschonen van het beddengoed bij een verblijf van bijna 2 weken.
