Der Aufenthalt im Appartment 16 war traumhaft schön.

Im Appartement gab es alles, was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub benötig und zwar mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Das Personal ist wunderbar, hilfsbereit und sehr geduldig. Die Sommerkarte hat uns so viele Erlebnisse beschert.

Die Tiefgarage ist mit einem SUV schwierig zu erreichen. Zum Glück sind auch Stellplätze beim Eingang vorhanden.

Reception employee is helpful. Large room with two bathrooms and bidet in the bathroom. Free car parking.

There is no A/C in the rooms, only one A/C in the living area and food smell coming out when A/C is running. Parking was a bit tight.

الفندق جميل وتوجد به جميع المستلزمات التي يرغب بها اي مقيم مثل أدوات المطبخ الشطافات في الحمامات وهذا يعتبر نادر في أوروبا وكذلك هناك مواقف للسيارات مجانيه وتحصل على بطاقات زلامسي ، يوجد في الفندق مطعم عربي قد يغنيك من البحث والذهاب الى المطاعم الاخرى حيث يقوم بعمل وجبات جميله مثل البيتزا والباستا وغيرها من الوجبات السريعة . بالقرب من الفندق يوجد العديد من المطاعم العربيه والهندية وكذلك الجمعيات التجارية والبقالات العربيه ويتوفر فيها كل أنواع المستلزمات

السعر مقابل الإقامة ، وكذلك لا انصح بشقة توب 2 وذلك لتواجدها اسفل الفندق حيث لا يمكنك مشاهدة المناظر الطبيعية من البلكونه

المضيف في قمة الادب ومتعاون جداً ومتواصل متى ما احتجت الوصول اليه. الشقة توب 18 كانت في قمة الروعه وذات اطلاله خيالية. الشقة نظيفة والاثاث مرتب ونظيف ودورات المياه مهيأة بشكل ممتاز مع ملاحظة وجود الشطاف. الموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات وخصوصاً السوبر ماركت قريب عليه سبار بالاضافة الى اكثر من بقالة عربية ولكم الخيار. يوجد مطعم عربي في المبنى يمدحونه الناس لكن للامانة انا اشوفه عادي جداً جداً جداً ونحمد الله ونشكره على نعمه التي لا تحصى.

- السعر مبالغ فيه. - ضيق المدخل ومشاركة المدخل بين رواد المطعم الكائن في الدور الارضي والسكان.

كل شي عجيب ونظيف ومعاملة الاستقبال كانت مرنه ومتعاوين

وجود مطعم تحت اطلالتي وكان صوت زبائن المطعم مزعجه وايضاً كاشفه على بلكونة الشقه ويا حبا ذا لو يكون فيه عازل خشبي جهة المطعم على الاقل تحجب بين مرتادين المطعم واللي يسكن الشقه وكانت ريحة المطعم مزعجه👍🏻

المكان يستحق الزيارة والموظفون خلوقين جدا اشكر الموظف فارت الذي كان معنا طوال إقامتنا متعاون ومتواصل ويحرص على تقديم كل المتطلبات بالاضافه إلى موظف تنظيم المواقف حيث يوفر لك مكان باركينق طوال وقت الذروة بحكم ان الموقع فيه مطعم جميل وزوارة من مكان مطعم داريا بالدور الأرضي جميل ويستحق الزيارة وهناك تقديم بطاقات لك فرد للفعاليات توفر لك خصومات ودخول مجاني للتلفريك انصح في هذا الفندق بشدة وهذي اول مرة اقدم تقييم لفندق ولم يطلبوا مني ذلك لكن حرصت على الإشادة بهذي الإقامة لانها تستحق التقييم ايضاً المطبخ مزود بكل ما تحتاجه ودورات المياة وبجانب الفندق بقالة عربيه واتوقع انه يناسب احتاجات كل الخليجين لا تفوتون الزيارة .

كانت .شقتي رقم 12 ..في الدور الثاني ..وفي الدور الأرضي. مطعم ..يعمل جميع الاكلات ...وجميع روائح الطبخ ..تصعد للدور الاول والثاني والثالث ...وماتقدر تفتح النوافذ ...الا وقت..الصبح..او اخر الليل .وقت اغلاق المطعم .... بس هاي المشكله الوحيده ... المفروض يكون لديهم مخرج لتصريف روائح الطبخ ..

اقامة جيدة لكن بدرجة أقل عن المرات السابقة التي سكنت فيها في ذات المكان

- الموقع - النظافة - الهدوء - موظفي الاستقبال - الرغبة في المساعدة خصوصا مارتن الذي عرض خدماته في نقل الحقائب على الرغم من أنه ليس من واجباته

- الواي فاي لا يصل إلى بعض الغرف وكثيرًا يفصل - موضوع المواقف بحاجة إلى تنظيم أكثر لأن الوضع (من سبق لبق). - تدخل بعض العاملين في المطعم في موضوع الباركنات الخاصة بالمبنى بطريقة مزعجة لدرجة أنني من ساكني المكان خلال فترة اجازتي إلا أنه يطلب مني الوقوف بعيد عن الباركات المخصصة، ربما أن أولوية الوقوف لمرتادي المطعم :) والحجة منهم أنه "أريحلك" !! - أعتقد بأن الشقق أصبحت حتما تحتاج إلى صيانه شاملة إذا أرادت أن تحافظ على تصنيفها الاستثنائي.

the host really friendly and helpful the apartment view was amazing every thing was nice and the last day in our trip the host gave my kids a teddy pear it's was great and I hold it for memories.

the one thing I didn't like is the small of the cooking it's only in the hall not in the rooms so it didn't pother me that much, since there is a restaurant downstairs. however it didn't effect me and will visit again and advise my family to try this apartment.

Perfect place for a family stay in the central location

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very well accommodated, spacious enough for our big family, and located in a central area that made everything easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Kathrin was very nice and super responsive—she made everything easy and pleasant. Highly recommended!

الشقه الكبيره اللي بالطابق 4 كانت جدا رايقه وشرحه وفيها راحه والبقاله العربيه قريبه تروح لها مشي والمنطقه اهدا من سنتر زيلامسي اللي يبغا الهدوء والسنتر يبعد نص ساعه مشي وتقريبا ست الى سبع دقايق بالسياره الموظفين اخلاق عاليه ومتجاوبين

Fantastic apartment very convenient location

The apartments are huge with a very good layout and very clean. I loved that all of the necessary equipment was there and more for self catering - it makes a change from the bare minimum often supplied and really felt homely. The place was extremely clean and well maintained and the fact there was a lift and a key box made staying with a group of friends and family very convenient. Located a very short walk from the Arietexpress with ski hire and also a couple of supermarkets and nice restaurants we really could not have found a better location for a family stay. The sauna area was also fantastic with two large saunas. The pizza takeaway and restaurant underneath were an added bonus for a night you don’t feel like cooking. Perfect stay.

We werden erg hartelijk verwelkomd. We konden ook al eerder terecht dan de tijd die was afgesproken, erg fijn. Alles was schoon en super netjes. Ik was helaas iets vergeten toen wij weer onderweg waren naar huis, maar dit hebben ze zonder enige moeite zelf gelijk naar ons opgestuurd! Hier was ik ook erg tevreden over. Zat ook super dichtbij de piste. Echt een aanrader!
