للأسف بطاقة الصيفيه غير مشمولة في السعر ، عدم وجود تكييف نحن صادف وصولنا موجه حر . دورات المياه في الممر . الغرف صغيرة، الشقه بعيده عن سنتر زيلامسي تقريبا بين زيلامسي و كابرون

Výborná lokalita. Blízko cyklostezky, jezera, obchody, koupaliště Parkování. Ubytování je opravdu dostatečně prostorné. Dvě ložnice, jídelna, Kuchyň. Velkým bonusem byla zastřešená terasa s jídelním stolem. K ubytování je garáž na kola, v pohodě se jich vlezlo šest.

Na začátku drhla komunikace, Vždy bylo potřeba poslat SMS z dotazem. Dotazy, ale byly obratem zodpovězeny.

The apartment was clean and in an excellent location for exploring the surrounding area.

Unfortunately, communication with the owner was very difficult – he hardly responded to our messages. The biggest problem was the Sommerkarte. The main photo on Booking gives the impression that the card is included in the accommodation price. However, the owner asked us to pay for the card and did not make any effort to arrange it for us. We therefore had to resolve the situation ourselves through the local tourist information centre. They confirmed that the accommodation is part of the Sommerkarte network in 2026 and that, as guests staying at the property, we were entitled to the card. According to the information centre, the owner’s request for payment was therefore not justified. The tourist information centre eventually helped us obtain the cards, but dealing with the whole situation took almost an entire afternoon of our holiday.
