Ruhige Lage, Parkplätze direkt am Haus, zwei Badezimmer, Balkon mit Bergblick

Drei der vier Schlafzimmer sind sehr beengt, keine Couch zum Sitzen, Kleiderschränke zu klein, viele Stolperfallen durch unterschiedliche Bodenhöhen, in den Bädern kann man nicht lüften, Staubsauger fehlt, Kaffeemaschine fehlte ( wurde aber schnell geliefert), der Müll vom Vorgänger war noch im Bad, keine Eierbecher, der eine Toilettendeckel hängt sehr schief, Duschknauf an der einen Tür fehlt von innen, Lampenschirm in der Küche fehlt, eine Glühbirne fehlt

Kompliziert und fehlerhaft

Im Vorfeld war die gesamte Abwicklung kompliziert und langwierig. Es wurde uns auch nicht mitgeteilt, welches Apartment unseres ist. Kein Personal vor Ort. Ich musste die Zentrale in Zürich anrufen. Erst dann könnte ich erfahren, wo der Zugangscode ist. Der Mitarbeiter war hilfsbereit und kompetent., ebenso die Leute im Büro in Bad Gastein. Dort musste ich zweimal eine Mängelliste abgeben (fehlende Küchenutensilien, fehlende TV-Fernbedienung = TV unbrauchbar. Wir erhielten vier verschiedene Rechnungen zur Kurtaxe (80 bis 500 €). Das mussten wir auf dem Küchentisch hinterlegen, ohne Quittung. Bei solchen Schwierigkeiten haben wir wenig Lust nochmals bei ihnen zu buchen bzw. weiterzuempfehlen

Leuk vakantie gehad in Zell am See

Locatie ligt op 10 minuten lopen van Areitbahn-lift. In het gebouw van de sportzaak zijn goede, verwarmde kluisjes te huur waar alles in kan: ski, stokken, schoenen, helm en handschoenen. 6 euro pp per dag..

Accomodatie is sober ingericht. Das het enige.

Very pleasant accommodation.

We used the accommodation for an overnight stay during trips around the area. The suite was very comfortable and the accommodation very pleasant. The location is nice. A bottle of champagne was a nice welcome gift.
