A great place to stay with few minor issues

Perfect location - it takes 3-5 minutes to get to the AreitExpress ski lift by feet. Large rooms, heated floors in the apartment. The heated floors are especially appreciated in the bathroom, which has also a big mirror, and spacious and bright. The furniture is solid and of good quality. The toilet has a toilet shower aka bidet. Unfortunately, the remote for it did not work (perhaps batteries are dead). I only found out that there's a control panel on the side of it 2 days before we left. It works really well - just don't forget to turn the heating on and wait 5 minutes first time you use it. Afterwards it keeps the water warm. There's a game room in the underground floor with darts, table soccer and table hockey in there. We had a lot of fun in the evenings down there. The house is located on a relatively active street but it was still quiet at night. There are multiple supermarkets nearby (Aldi - 3 minutes, Lidl - 5-7 minutes) and a short shopping street in 3 minutes of walk.

- We got only a single key-card for the apartment. With 3 adults on site it was not always convenient. The default should be 2 keys for a two room apartment. - The kitchen utensils are quite wearied out, especially pans. There's no spatula in the kitchen and non-stick coating of the pans was not just scratched, but had spots with no coating at all, just steel. - In the kitchen there's no basics things you can usually find, like salt left from the previous guests. We had to buy everything and then take it with us, to not get it wasted. Otherwise the cleaning service throws everything away after guests leave (we saw how they do it). Yes, even salt and other stuff that has no expire date. Such a waste of resources :( - All the consumables for toilet and kitchen were in a small quantity. We ran out of toilet paper a day before leaving. The same with laundry pods for the washing machine, although we only ran it once every evening. As a result we had to leave a washing machine full of dirty dishes. - The ski storage room is big but still has limited capacity for skis. If my two other companions had skis there would be no space on the rack to put them to. When we arrived I literally took the last free spot. Of course one can simply put the skis at the third wall but then they might fall. - Not a problem for me cause I always use my own ultraviolet dryer for ski boots, but ski storage has no boots dryer. The shelf for boots keep them warm but does not dry them at all. I forgot once to take the linings out and in the morning the boots were as wet as I left them in the evening.

No toaster as specified - they were to get us one but never happened. Freezer door broken and would not close - we had to defrost it. - Complained but did nothing about it. Silver fish in bathroom and toilet. Shortage of normal size glasses

Nice and big apartment, very good location.

The apartment and especially the terrace were pretty dirty. First thing we did once we arrived, was to vacuum all the floors, clean the dirt from specific places and sanitize the bathrooms ( which were not specifically dirty, but our first inpression was that the overall cleaning has been done very superficial, so we preffered to clean and sanitize everything, especially in these times with the covid pandemic). Also the freezer was left open and upon our arrival, we weren’t able to use it, as it was full with ice. It is a pitty that the cleaning company does not do its job peoperly, as the apartment is very nice indeed.

Een comfortabele accommodatie, mooi met uitzicht op de lift. Alleen de parkeerplaats oversteken en je bent al bij de lift, perfect. Een echte bakker (en apotheek) op loop afstand.

الاستقبال والوداع وتسهيل الدخول والمغادرة كان مميزا رحابة موظفين التسجيل مميزه موقع الشقة رائع وقريب من كل شي وسهولة المواصلات الغرف جيده جدا لكن بدون تكييف المطبخ مجهز بكل شي موقف خاص للسيارات

لا يوجد تنظيف للشقة - الاعتماد علي الضيف في النظافة لا يوجد تبديل للمناشف والأغطية إلا برسوم أدوات النظافة متوفره لكن المستأجر يقوم بها
