not properly cleaned (lots of spider webs and dust) - old looking bathrooms not as good as the rest of the apartment decor wise - insects coming through the windows cause there were no shields and since the is no air conditioning and you need air that is a major issue - there was no washing machine -some sinks are clogged.

The worst host ever

The location of the apartment. And it's close to good restaurants.

There is one named Vera from (werent) she is the host for the apartment, he/she is the worst human being you can deal with. They didn't give me the access to the apartment until the next day, they ignored all my calls and massages immediately after I paid the extra charges. I had to contact zell am see tourism board to get them to reply. The wifi wasn't available until the fourth day of my stay, the towels wasn't provided until I asked them to provide it. Even though we I booked 3 bedrooms the rooms were really tight and small, insects and spiders everywhere. Bad choice for a family

Facilities said it included a dishwasher, sofa, streaming facilities e.g Netflix. None were present. Cooking facilities were a bit lacking, no oven, just a microwave and 2 ring hob. Mould in the shower room from poor ventilation. Average cleanliness on arrival, cobwebs and mould present. WiFi was included but the codes given in the room and online are not the correct codes, if I didn't speak German I would nothing have been able to ask for it from the owner. As it says WiFi is included it should be correct for ease of access

لايصلح لسكن الخليجيين وسعر غير مطابق لسكن ويطلبو مبلغ طائل لضريبه والبطاقه الصيفيه

صراحه ما انصح فيها تم دفع تاكس للمدينه وهي 2 يورو لليوم عبر التطبيق حسب المدينه وتفاجأت حاطين لي ان ادفع 500 ريال ضريبه المدينه والبطاقه الصيفيه عشان يعطوني المفتاح رغم قابلت سيده ساكنه بنفس المكان وسألت عن مبلغ الضريبه قالت لم ياخذو علي هذا المبلغ ولن يتكرر السكن فيه وسعره غير مطابق للبوكنق

الموقع مكانه ممتاز و قريب من السنتر و من الخدمات و الفعاليات ديكوره جميل و نظيف و الاطلاله جميلة لأنها بالدور الاخير

الفندق اللي في زيلامسي حق العجوز اول ما وصلنا بعد سفر و كنا تعبانين احنا مستأجرين الدور الثالث ثلاث غرف و كانو حاطين لنا مفتاح حق شقه وحده فقط ،كان يوجد امرأه كبيرة بالسن صاحبة المنزل نحاول نشرح لها بأن حجزنا ثلاث غرف لا تفهمنا لأنها لا تفهم الانجليزيه و رفضت تعطينا المفتاح نحاول الشرح لها ولا تفهمنا و مصره بألا تعطينا مفتاح الغرفه الثانيه نحاول الاتصال برقم الواتس الذي كان يتواصل معنا ولا يجيبون اضاعو من وقتنا 40 دقيقه من اجل شيء احنا دافعينه و حاجزينه للأسف في الاخير حضر ابنها حتى هو لم يعطيني مفتاح الشقه الثانيه قال انها ليست لكم و شرحت له و فتحت له حجزي في بوكنق و بعدها ادرك و اعطاني المفتاح و اخيرا شعرت وقتها بالصداع و الملل و ضياع الوقت تخيلو يحدث هذا بعد سفر و تعب و ارهاق للأسف كيف لا تعلمون ماهي تفاصيل حجز العميل الذي سيأتي لكم !!!!! لكن انتبهو لمن يعاني من الحساسية للأسف كانت مليئه بالعناكب دورات المياة و الصالة وهذه بعض صور العناكب 🕷

Lekkere plek op loopafstand van treinstation, supermarkt en skilift

Fijne plek, op loopafstand (8 min) van de Areitbahn. Lekker bed, alle noodzakelijke faciliteiten aanwezig, zelfs een theedoek en een vaatdoekje. Bij opmerkingen werd snel gereageerd door de host!

De deurtjes van de klepkastjes in de keuken hingen los. Was snel te verhelpen met een schroevendraaier. De wifi is niet stabiel, de router hangt te ver weg van het appartement. Een stoel zakte door, maar dit werd supersnel verholpen!

Dobra lokalizacja,

Gospodyni, starsza osoba mówi tylko w języku niemieckim, po angielsku nie można było się dogadać. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że w pokoju mamy masę pająków i pajęczyn na ścianach, sufitach, na futrynach, pod krzesłami, wszędzie, dla mnie to było straszne, Kuchnia, pościel, sanitariaty, podłogi czyste. Poszłam do gospodyni ale nikt mi nie otworzył. Mąż ze schowka wyjął wielki ciężki, nieporęczny odkurzacz ( już wiem dlaczego pajęczyny nie były omiatane) i w 2 godziny wysprzątaliśmy mieszkanie z tych dziesiątek pająków. Musieliśmy się tłuc bo łóżka przesuwaliśmy, odkurzacz był głośny a była godzina 20.00 i nikt nam nie zwrócił uwagi, natomiast jak o 19.00 dnia kolejnego dziecko na boso goniło po pokoju to w 10 minut właścicielka była u nas bo jej to przeszkadza na dole. Niekomfortowa sytuacja była również kiedy rodzina pojechała na narty a ja zostałam sama w pokoju, zamknęłam się od środka i chciałam się zdrzemnąć a tu z ręcznikiem do wymiany weszła gospodyni. Jeśli ktoś jest zamknięty od środka to znaczy, że jest w mieszkaniu i nie powinno się tam wchodzić! Reasumując: Jeśli komuś nie przeszkadza kult pająka w domu i nie ma dzieci więc nie generuje żadnego hałasu, jeśli komuś nie przeszkadza, że ktoś wchodzi do pokoju to może tam jechać, na mnie niech nie liczą :)
