Very convenient place if you want to stay in Zell am See area.

In the center of Zell am See Sud. In 15 min walk from the beach/train station, next to bus station, reserved parking place. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (even nice espresso coffee machine). The provided information about the apartment was very useful (quickly fixed cases when fuse/Wifi router were switched off).

Close to noisy street/bus station. It's worth to keep some extra dishwasher tablets/toilet paper. A bit warm during hot (30 degrees) summer days, but is decent if you keep balcony door/window open during the night.

Fabulous place to stay

Clean, warm, comfortable, kitchen facilities good, staff friendly and helpful. Parking on site. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Tv with lots of channels

The apartment is in an excellent location, near supermarkets, ski bus, ski lifts and apres ski bar. The apartment is clean, plenty warm enough, fully equiped for an easy at home stay and very light and airy with good views. It is quiet and the allocated parking space safe and easy to access, no icy hills to contend with. It is very convienient for unloading skis etc at the end of the day. The apartment lift is good too for tired legs. The information booklet is easy to understand and concise. Ski maps and area maps are available to help you find your way around. The laundry downstairs is also available and easy to use instructions are on the wall.

One sofa is a little hard to sit on but the dining chairs are wonderfully comfortable and very welcome for a restful evening meal. We did not use the sauna suite because although lovely it seemed quite cool down there and we were unsure if the payment charge heated just the sauna or the whole suite where one would relax inbetween popping in and out of the sauna. A bit of washing up liquid would have been useful along with a can opener but nothing to put us off. Next time we would leave our footwear outside in the corrider to keep the hall way cleaner than we left it. I was perfectly fine but some of the guys thought the pillows were too flat and wished for extra ones.

Very nice comfortable and clean appartment with all you need. Parking place for free in front of the house. Perfect location for skiing. 10 minutes walk to AreitXpress or 1 minute by skibus. The bus station is just front of the appt. Shops are in walking distance Spar in 5 mins. Lidl or Billa in 10 mins. The lake is also within walking distance and along the lake you can reach center of Zell am See.

Lokalizacja na plus : skibus , resturacje, supermarket, wyciąg narciarski -spacerkiem 5 minut. Apartament duży, aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzebne do gotowania. Narciarnia, pralnia i sauna na plus. Mimo, że nie poznaliśmy właścicielki osobiście kontakt telefoniczny na plus.

Lielilska atrašanās vieta, ja plāno ziemas aktivitātes, ski buss pie mājas, tuvākais pacēlājs 5 min. gājienā. Plaša telpa, kur nolikt un izžāvēt inventāru. Apartamenti pārdomāti un ērti. Lieliska komunikācija ar apartamenta īpašnieci.

Heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement op loopafstand van de skilift

Het appartement was schoon, had veel spullen beschikbaar die je liever niet van thuis meeneemt, was ruim genoeg voor 4 personen en is dichtbij de skilift en apreski. Alles functioneerde en ondanks de afwezigheid van de host vanwege een gebroken enkel, liep de communicatie uitstekend!

Iedere dag werd buiten ofwel het afval opgehaald, ofwel de straat sneeuwvrij gemaakt om 5.30 uur en daar werden we allemaal wakker van. Kan de host niets aan doen.

Alles super und hat unseren Erwartungen übertroffen

Die Unterkunft war zentral und man konnte schnell Zell am See erreichen. Auch der Skilift war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Vermieterin war freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend, so dass man sich als Gast sehr wohl gefühlt hat.
