We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and spotlessly clean penthouse flat. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could need, including a full kitchen, an in-unit washer, and TVs across multiple rooms. Both the ACs (across rooms) and the heating work perfectly (only penthouse - smaller flats neither have ACs nor washer) & huge balcony.
Thoughtful details like the window shades (great for sun protection and privacy) and toilets equipped with bidets made the stay extra comfortable. On top of that, the building features free car parking and a great games room, all situated in a quiet, uncrowded area.
A massive bonus of staying here is that they provide the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card, which could save a lot of money on regional attractions and cable cars!
The location is highly convenient, with four supermarkets just 5-7 minutes walk away. A major highlight for early risers is the local bakery located directly in front of the building, which opens at 6:00 AM for fresh breakfast.

The apartemnt was clean. Check in system was organized very well. The location was perfect as the nighberhood has all the facilities, supermarkets, resturents , cafes .. etc.

Sommercard free, we did many activities free of charge and we got discounts for some other activities
The water pressure needs small adjustment for the water pressure

The cleanliness of toilets and no of toilets is quite good for families
There was dirt on towel
The WiFi is not so good
It is very expensive compared to services provided
The Chairs are very old
