Location is 10min walk to Areit Bahn ski lift. 2 mins from bus and 2 mins from local train which runs to Krimml and Zell am Zee. Its is a 30 min walk to Zell am Zee main train station and town centre. There are lots of supermarkets nearby Lidl, Billa etc which is handy if you are self catering.

A couple of things - frying on didnt work on induction hob coffee machine needed pods that I couldn't find locally, no corkscrew

- outdoor seating - quiet/private - well equipped kitchen with big table
- noise from the trains passing by just next to the apartment's windows - broken shower screen - difficult to bathe or shower

Perfect location
The location was surprisingly quiet considering there are some main shops around the corner. We stayed in apartment 31, which was smaller than other apartment I guess. We went there in August and the place is not warm and not cold. It was comfortable. Facilities are complete. We were traveling with a baby. Convenient to shop as there are malls around and the Schmittenhohe was close by too.
I guess the double deck bed which was not used by us because we are a family of three, with a little baby.
