We haven’t been told that the reception is different from the address shown and it was very far.Very unhygienic, very rude receptionist. Kept my money which he told that it will be returned upon returning the room keys which they didn’t

They said there is ac but we didnt felt the ac and there is no ac exhaust In our room . So we used the fan . In the evening its okay. But when it was morning . We decided to checkout early because it was really hot.

however they can clearly mention that the check in location is different, so that the guest can directly go at place of check in. It doesnt have elevator, I was lucky to got the floor one There laundry system is weird- I put 2 CHF coin, my washing was only for 0.5 CHF- I Didnt get the remaining money back Then I had to put separate coins in order to use the dryer, and there was no detergent at all. And the painting of my room was broken.

This awful property gave us a dirty room, made us wait, and ruined our Lucerne trip.

We had planned our trip to Lucerne, but unfortunately, this property handed over our room in an unclean condition. We had to wait for half an hour outside the door for it to be cleaned. Because of this delay, we had to cancel our tour. It was a stressful experience, and we didn’t receive any help or support from the staff. We were left waiting outside, and even after the cleaning, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty and the door couldn’t be locked.

The location near the lion monument, town and close to food shops was excellent. My room was very good (and quiet) and the shared bathroom was always available and well kept.

Arriving, and then back down the road for the keys at Alpenstrasse 3.

Se você procura localização boa e preço baixo, esse é o local certo. Não espere privacidade e luxo.

A localização é excelente. Perto do lago, do centro comercial, próximo ao ponto turístico do leão de Lucerna, próximo de mercados e padarias. Então a melhor coisa da hospedagem foi a localização.

Não vi em nenhum dia, dos 7 que fiquei na hospedagem, alguém da equipe da hospedagem. A única recepção ee equipe ficavam no outro hotel que servia como base para essa residência.

Seul l’emplacement était cool ! C’était très sale ! Aucune lumière dans la chambre !

Tout sanitaire sale aucune prestation(dîner ou déjeuner) pour le prix ! Parquet flottant flottant , lit amovible et flottant qui grince dès lorsque l’on se pause dessus, moisissure au mur, pas de prise, aucune lumière ……………………………………….

Die Lage war sehr gut!

Am ersten Tag war das badezimmer sehr dreckig. Das bett unbequem. Die Einrichtung sehr alt und nicht schön. Die Rezeption war im hotel luzernerhof und nicht in die Residenz Musegg, muss lange suchen bis wir einchecken konnten.

Résidence abandonnée et inconfort total : une vraie déception

Seulement l'emplacement !

Expérience très décevante. Cette "résidence" est en réalité totalement abandonnée : aucun personnel sur place, aucune réception, contrairement à ce que laisse entendre la description sur Booking (où il est précisé que la réception est ouverte 24h/24… mais c'est celle de l'hôtel qui gère à distance, pas de la résidence elle-même). Aucun interlocuteur sur place en cas de besoin. Côté confort : insonorisation catastrophique, on entend chaque pas et le moindre mouvement des autres occupants, même au bout du couloir, alors que l'étage était presque vide. Lits inconfortables, très bas, avec un écran TV fixé derrière la tête du lit – aucune logique. Les espaces communs (sanitaires partagés) étaient sales et peu entretenus, et aucun équipement de base (même pas de bouilloire). En résumé : un établissement laissé à l'abandon, une gestion trompeuse et des conditions de séjour très inconfortables. À fuir.

Ruhig, zentral, grosses Zimmer

Grosses Altbau-Zimmer, sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Etagen-Dusche und WC je zwei Stk. Schlüssel muss man im Hotel Luzernerhof abholen, was soweit ganz gut geklappt hat.

Kein Spiegel im Zimmer, TV-Kabel fehlte. Kein PP für kurzfristen Stop zur Abholung des Schlüssels im Hotel Luzernerhof vorhanden.

Très agréable.

La chambre était très jolie. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de crochets pour suspendre des affaires dans les douches. Beaucoup apprécié le lave-linge et la possibilité de repasser.

Les douches n’étaient pas toujours propres . Nous n’avons pas bien compris comment allumer les lumières et le phoen. Je pense qu’ il faudrait une personne toujours présente dans la résidence.

El hotel tiene dos edificios. Nosotros nos alojamos en unos apartamentos que no pertenecen al edificio principal. En esta zona, las habitaciones tienen el baño en el pasillo. Estos baños tienen las toallas por el suelo durante todo el día y nadie se preocupa de limpiarlo.

Aangezien de prijs best hoog was en geen mogelijkheid voor een ontbijt te krijgen, miste ik heel erg een waterkoker en eventueel ook een koffieapparaat op de kamer.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y el precio.

No me gustó que son apartamentos y hay timbres. Y en plena madrugada alguien se lio a llamar al timbre. Creo que no tendrían que haber timbre y si hay algún problema que vaya quien necesite algo a la recepción del hotel Luzernerhof como todos tuvimos que ir a recoger las llaves. Las instalaciones son bastante pobres, y las cortinas no protegen nada del sol cuando entra.

Sabendo que teríamos uma casa de banho partilhada, nada nos preparou para deparar com a falta de um meio de fechar a porta à chave e ter privacidade. Assim, estando no duche, entrou um outro hospede casa de banho adentro. Acresce que a casa de banho estava velha, e suja.

Agradable habitación cerca del centro

Está cerca del centro de la ciudad. La habitación era amplia y disponía de una pequeña nevera. Tiene 2 baños completos para unas 6 habitaciones y no tuvimos problema. También tiene lavadora. El personal fue amable y nos resolvió el mal entendido que tuvimos con el parking al llegar. La zona es tranquila por lo que no tuvimos problemas de ruidos. Tiene tiendas y supermercado muy cerca.

Nos dieron habitación con 2 camas aunque solicitamos 1 grande. Las almohadas no eran cómodas.
