The owner harrassed and threatened us and and asked us to pay €100 extra just to be let in the apartment.

Nothing it was an horrible experience

I went here with my disabled dad for medical reasons a d we just wanted a good night of sleep however nothing went as planned. Please don’t go here we have been asked for €100 euros as an additional charge just to be let in the apartment and asked us not to mention anything about it on booking.com which we agreed to pay it as we had nowhere else to go, there’s no ac in the rooms, the owner asked us to give him our physical passports for him to hold them until we check out, we received constant calls from him at 10-11pm at night for him to come and take our passports which we refused, we then received calls at 8-9am in the morning to be asked to leave early when the check out was at 11am, we received aggressively knocks on the door when I was on call with customer service telling us to leave, after we left and customer service from booking.com contacted the owner we received calls from 2 different numbers from him with threats because we contacted booking.com. This case is under investigation with booking.com and the police too.

The apartment has to be the cleanest place I've ever stayed. It is very ideally located right between the new and the old town. Very friendly and helpful hosts to help you through everything you need. Both Oleg and Andrei were excellent and I would highly recommend their services. 10/10 A*

Pues para comenzar lo único positivo es donde se encuentra el apartamento,que es la calle Alicante #15,después todo bastante normalito,aire acondicionado,lavadora,aseos, habitaciones,cocina muy por debajo de lo esperado....nada que ver con la foto subida en Booking.

Pues era extremadamente ruidosa,hay garitos por todos lados,justo hubo una pelea en la esquina,de un chaval y un moro,en realidad no era solo efecto del alcohol sino que el morito tenía la mano muy larga,después la cocina está sin ollas no se puede cocinar con solo una olla para una familia que va a vacacionar,el microondas oxidado no giraba el plato giratorio y debe ser más vieja que mi abuelita,el escurridor de platos oxidados,no pongo los platos ahi ni loco , para el propietario que cuando lo llame por una consulta me dijo que tenía más de 40 apartamentos me resulta increíble creer que no sea capaz de comprar artefactos en condiciones ,le falta una reforma en cocina y se agradecería unas cortinas para la privacidad de de las habitaciones,sino todo el rato con la persiana bajada,pero tiene que ser una cortina que permita la luz aunque sea un mínimo ,que sino para que están las persianas,,el aire acondicionado solo hay una en el salón ,si conectas el móvil a cargar,enciendes la cocina y la tele, se va la luz!!!! tiene que subir la potencia urgente,es una casita viejita que necesita un lavado de cara,si vas a dormir nada más pues está bien ,pero sino .....

Ubicación perfecta para recorrer o conocer. 5 minutos a la plata ponente y al balcon mediterráneo 10/10 Las fotos son iguales

Fuimos con niños. 5 días Y solo tenia 1 sarten y 1 cacerola tuvimos que apañarnos para hacer de comer La luz saltaba con encender 2 hornillas. El escurridor de platos oxidado. De ahí todo super bien. Ubicación perfecta y limpieza bien.

Muy cómodo

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico pero tranquilo en parte por unas excelentes ventanas. solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón pero hay ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones. Tanto el baño como la cocina tienen lo necesario para estar cómodo.

Solo hay un baño y éramos 5, nos organizamos bien pero si se reforma un pequeño aseo estaría bien. Había arena en el suelo cuando llegamos, normal en sitios de playa pero se puede mejorar. Cuidado con el ascensor, es sensible con el peso y no pita ni nada si te pasas pero sí se bloquea.
