The location was excellent also the facilities really good also very nice and clean.
On arrival we could not access our apartment and could not get hold of anyone had to wait 5 hours for entry. We had to get taxi and sit in a return’s for over 4 hours. There should be the key code given out before arrival due to technology not working. Ivan was very good but still had to wait. I was travelling with older people and was very bad. Compensation should be offered as paid for a night we couldn’t access the apartment.
