Enjoyed the whole week but would have been better if our request had been fulfilled before arrival

Easy access and instructions to apartment good

Requested a double bed months before booking and on arrival it was 2 singles. Requested it to be changed but never did it. Safe instructions could be better as had a problem but got this resolved eventually

Fantastic.

Location was perfect. We couldn’t find the apartment at first, a lovely Spanish couple tried to help but in the end I telephoned Los PISOS De Concha who were so helpful and talked us through until we were inside. Nothing is too much trouble and messages are responded to very quickly. Everything you could need, including extra blankets, pillows and lots of towels. Beds very comfortable as were the pillows. Both bathrooms had brilliant walk in showers with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, shower gel and hand soap smelt so good that we didn’t bother using our own. Kitchen is well equipped, we didn’t use the hob or microwave. Smart tv and very good internet. Would highly recommend, so central to old town, shops, beach and harbour.

The apartment was very good location right on the old town/tapas alley Well equipped for our needs Secure Modern and clean Good communication wity owners once deposit paid. Quick turn around to return deposit

The apartment was in a very busy area, i am a light sleeper and could hear everything people leaving bars/club until 5 am, daily street cleaner/bin lorry around 3/4 am The shower was very small cubicle to get in/,out of and to move around in The building/room was very secure but a lot of digits to remember after a few drinkss

I booked for the location and it was perfect- close to the beach . The apartment was easy to access, felt safe at all times, although noisy outside at night it didn’t impact my sleep.you can also close the balcony door It was very clean and cloths etc were provided A great choice and I would definitely recommend

The balcony was very small and because of the studio’s position didn’t get any sun - that’s not the owner’s fault and wasn’t a huge issue.

Located right in the middle of the old town, everything right on your doorstep. Short walk to both beaches, pharmacy next door and supermarket fifty yards away. Second week microwave broke down, reported it and within fifteen minutes a new one was delivered. Excellent service.

Brilliant group accommodation for a long weekend in Benidorm

Great location, clean, good facilities, perfect for what we needed it for. Lovely decor, minimalistic, great aircon too!

The sinks in the bathroom didn’t drain very well, the water took ages to drain away. One bathroom had a funky smell which was coming up through the drains from the restaurant below.

The apartment is well insulated from noise, light and heat which made a stay in July much more pleasant.

The apartment is perfect for long weekends and shorts stays as the location is ideal.

The apartment was very clean and in an excellent position for all the amenities in the old town. Conchi was in touch before we arrived and gave us very clear directions and information on the key code entry.

The apartment is very noisy. Although there is no traffic on the street below you can hear all the revellers going home through the night. There is a restaurant directly below the apartment so you hear the tables being taken in at night and taken back out first thing in the morning. There is no soundproofing between the flats- you can hear everything!! . We were staying for a month, so it would have been nice to have had a bit more comfort- possibly a blanket and cushions. Also the kitchen facilities were basic- no mugs or cereal bowls etc.
