Apartamentos Mayal con Piscina

The location was perfect and it was spotlessly clean and the staff were fabulous

There was nothing we didn’t like a balcony would be a bonus but to be honest it didn’t matter that much

We booked two studios(rooms 101 and 106) for five people for a five day stay, both studios were modern, clean and comfortable with air-con a laundry room (not used) a small well equipped kitchen, a table and four chairs and twin beds and a double bed settee all of which were very comfortable with enough cupboard space and hangers We had a noon arrival time and the very helpful lady on reception (Noa) informed us that the rooms were ready and we were allowed to check in and go straight up, the pool and sunbeds are small but adequate and as we had a late flight home we paid 30 euros to keep the room until 6pm. The location could not be better for the old town as tapas alley and gin and tonic street are seconds away and a two minute stroll to Levante beach, even with all this close by the apartment was very quiet. my only word of caution is about taxis/ airport transfers, as the apartments are twenty metres up a pedestrianised alley they do not seem to like to go but that is not the apartments fault

Key code for the door didn’t work. On the link it didn’t always open. Nice to have a little balcony but view of waste land not great, apart from the little cats.

Apartment was great. Very clean and fantastic location. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Soundproofing was nonexistent! Didn’t sleep any night. Bottles where thrown in a large bin every morning at 6-30 Ruined our getaway we had to sleep in the daytime
