Fantastic location and very comfortable

Location was good
WiFi and lift wasn’t working Both bathroom door locks were broken Handle missing off cutlery drawer Toilet seat wasn’t fixed properly and didn’t fit Staff were unhelpful in helping me locate the property . Threatened to leave us without checking in as they didn’t want to wait despite me informing them we were doing our best to find the property
