Apartamento moderno con muy buena ubicación en el centro para moverte hacia donde quieras, el baño en la playa de la cala espectacular, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, salón comedor correcto para familia de 4 personas, cocina bien equipada, limpieza muy bien.
Nada en concreto, pero necesita un repaso de mantenimiento general, se notan mucho los signos de desgaste: El A/A apenas enfriaba xq tenia los filtros súper sucios (los limpiamos y funcionando perfectamente), sillas con tapizado sucio y patas sueltas, puertas de los armarios de la cocina descolgadas, partes de techo descolgadas... (fácil solución) 😉
Al ser un tercero, los techos se calientan mucho y el aparato de A/A no rinde para enfriar todas las estancias del apartamento correctamente.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and amazing location. right next to shops one side and the beach on the other.
memory foam pillows aren’t for me so made it difficult to sleep. only one fan for the two rooms.

The apartment is lovely and modern inside and immaculately clean. Everything you need is to side the property and it has 2 doors to get in so makes it safer once you’re in. The landlord has been very good with responding to messages and was helpful
The area on a night was VERY loud. We had foreign men ringing the doorbell in the night and my partner got mugged at knife point and had her phone taken off her and ended up with broken ribs and a cut across her stomach. My little girls almost got took by a Spanish couple in the yellow submarine pub near to the apartment as the lovely staff had to close the pub down and call police.
