Pescadores Apartments. Lovely handy location.

The excellent location. Very central. Big Municipal Supermarket a short walk away. The beachfront is around the corner. Lots of places nearby to eat. Staff are all very helpful at informative at the reception desk in the nearby Santa Faz hotel where you collect the keys from for the apartment. If one person is using the double bed and the other is on the sofa bed in the living room ask at reception for an extra bedding if required.

If anything it would be the stairs up to the apartment. We were on Floor 2. The climb up was 30 odd steps. So it's important not to forget the milk. There are other floors above Floor 2. There is no lift so it's important to establish which floor you're going to be on when making the booking. Anyone with walking or knee problems its best to check the floor you will be on.

A great stay at the Pescadors Apartamentos,Benidorm old town.

Very close to the old town for everything and within walking distance for shops,bars,supermarket,park de Elche,the sea front,beach and the free WiFi was very fast,over 60Mbps on a speed test. The apartments were a five-minute walk from the Santa Faz Hotel in the old town where the keys were collected from and handed in as well as booking into the apartments and all the staff at the Santa Faz Hotel were very helpful in every way and very efficient.

For me,at 71 and waiting for two knee replacements,the 60 stairs to the third floor as there was no lift was the only reason I would not stay in the apartments again as there is no lift, or I would book these apartments again without hesitation,however the really great hotel staff did take my suitcase for me both on booking into the apartments and upon leaving them for my return flight but going up and down all the stairs a number of times a day was very difficult for me but had these apartments a lift,I would book them every time.

Perfect location in the old town and just a short walk to the new town. Very spacious apartment had everything we needed.

A bit of a tight squeeze going up the stairs with suitcases, but this wouldn't stop us from returning.

Lots of steps up to the top floor(62), no pillow cases on the extra pillows, poor quality with stuffing falling out, one long pillow for 2 people, kettle needs upgrading, bed dipped in the middle and was very noisy when turning over, only one cup and one wine glass, construction works (which couldn't be helped noise between 7am to 6pm) metal ironing board with no cover,

I should have been informed that there was likely to be noisy building works immediately opposite the apartment. It appears upon checking at Santa Faz reception that I didn't receive any email reagrding this. The building drilling noise and huge dust clouds started on my 1st day from 8am until 6pm. I spoke to Elias Ibarra at Santa Faz and showed him videos. He was absolutely brilliant and very kindly allowed me to move to a lovely clean and quiet room at the Santa Faz hotel. He was amazing, professional and so very helpful.

Good home base for a few days

The location is brilliant, and the price was really good!

The apartment is a bit small, it was fine for 2 of us, but we would have been very cramped with anymore people. The kitchen is well stocked with cups plates etc, but the cups were quite stained and didn't seem to have been washed up but previous occupants and then not checked by cleaners. We didn't trust using anything before we'd washed it ourselves

A very unpleasant experience

On arrival, the receptionist asked for payment. I had already prepaid. He insisted that I hadn't and that I would have to pay. He said if I had paid, the money 'must be in the clouds'. He asked for my debit card and assured me he wouldn't process a payment until he checked again. 15 minutes later, €416 euros was taken from my account. I phoned reception to complain that he had gone ahead and taken payment. He said 'that can't be right'. I assured him that the money was gone. This then turned into a very unpleasant argument culminating in him (Carlos) telling me that he was going to 'put me out onto the street'. I called Booking.Com who were wonderful and sorted it out and organised a refund within 24 hours. In addition to the above, the place is very dirty. The shower, the toilet roll holder and the bathroom bin are all rusty as is the bread knife in the kitchen. There was an old blood stain on the top sheet. A coffee mug was filthy. In short, the place is not just dirty, it's unhygienic.

Balcony blinds not working,after 4 days waiting for them to be fixed they had to be removed,so sea view from the balcony was not available until day before our departure,was promised a partial refund never happened,also free drinks,never happened,lots of stairs to apartment,no lift,to be fair the guy on reception tried for us but probably above his pay scale.

Great value apartments, great staff.

Location just next to Dove Park Old Town, have to collect keys from hotel Santa Fac just around the corner. Staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful. Apartment decent size and have everything you need.

Bathroom wasn't very clean, needs some attention to bring it upto a decent standard. Shower door just let all water out so have to put towels down to stop it flooding the bathroom. Shower powerful but bracket was broken and rusty.

Perfect apartment (if you can manage stairs)

we loved it here. The location is excellent for the old town and poniente with lovely views and all the facilities you need to be self sufficient. nice neutral relaxing decor and great shower pressure! reception staff at hotel were delightful

it was fine for us but just be aware there is no lift/elevator if you struggle with mobility. we were on top floor which we loved as it may have been the only apartment with a view. would love to stay again.

Great location. Very modern clean facilities Huge balcony / terrace area with lovely sea views. Nice coffee machine. Clean bathroom. Pretty much everything provided for your stay. Iron ironing board, toaster, hairdryer etc.

Woukd prefer thicker more quality towels. Think it would be a good idea to have bedside lamps, as the spotlighting is quite bright.

avoid if you looking for good night sleep

-staff work incredible hard at the hotel providing first class service and really good food, always smiles and happy to help -location it’s fantastic

- workers/builders are working from early morning just right outside the apartments really noisy impossible to sleep even with earbuds ( looks like they are taking building apparat ) hotel wasn’t aware of any work outside the hotel but its been going on for months -bed are extremely uncomfortable (bed frame poorly made - really difficult to have good night sleep) -no fitted sheets and they where far to small for the bed mattress -no mattress protectors - marks on the bed sheets - dishes where dirty in the cabinet -knifes old and badly rusted -shower need updates- shower head not holding in place we have been charge €30 for late check out where hotel at the reception got printed price list lower. we have been told its high rates as we where staying at the apartments ( which looks like they are part of the hotel anyway) so not very clear - 4 nights at the apartment and we had not even one good night sleep
