Apartment good but won’t return

Nice spacious apartment with good facilities and good location

Entry system is a nightmare . Access / Egress via a smartphone app… which most of the time doesn’t work you also get a key to enter the building the lock is badly maintained and doesn’t work properly… was locked out of apartment 3 times , twice in early hours … if it wasn’t for local bar owner I would have stranded . My partner does not take her phone out at night so we relied on the key …big mistake … the WhatsApp me and said the engineer would attend to that and broke patio door in the apt… they never did …the apt is fine but they need sort out a better system of entry …. Even a digi lock on front door would help

Nos gustó la ubicación, la Seguridad, la comodidad del piso, repetiremos el próximo año.

Una gotera en el patio y una manecilla de la puerta del balcón rota, de lo contrario todo bien.

A tengerpart, bevásárlási lehetőség, éttermek közel vannak. A konyha jól felszerelt.

A szállás adóval semmi kapcsolat nincs, személyes találkozás nincs. Ami elérhetőség meg van adva, semmin nem lehetett elérni senkit! Délután 4 órától lehetett elfoglalni a szállást, de előbb odaértünk, - amit már több mint egy héttel előbb jeleztem booking üzeneten keresztül (erre sem kaptam választ) -, próbáltuk felvenni a kapcsolatot a szállás adóval hogy előbb bejuthassunk az apartmanba de nem értünk el senkit. Ezért 2,5 órát egy étteremben vártunk, mert az ajtóhoz a kulcs kódot pont 4kor kaptuk csak meg, ami elég bosszantó mikor órákat utazik valaki, meleg van és gyerekkel van. Az ablakok nem zárnak jól. A szigetelés nagyon rossz, éjjel minden behalatszik az utcáról és a lépcső házból. Klíma egy helyiségben van, az eldugott szobákban ezért meg lehet fulladni. 6 nap alatt nem volt takarítás. A szemetet nekünk kellett elvinni, konténer két utcával arrébb van csak. A nappaliban lévő kanapé nagyon csúnya, agyon használt.
