Disaster place to stay

Lady at reception was nice.

Noise from banging and shouting. It started when we arrived and went on until 1.00 am. We were booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night. Some rooms were rented long term with familys.

Cleanliness, staff, location perfect

Couldn't work the tv even tho instructions? Perhaps a little booklet can be left in the room for instructions on air con/ heating as nothing to help - we were really cold the 1st night until we had to figure out how to turn the air con to heating! After that perfect stay !

The apartments are always clean. We always get a warm welcome from Cristina & Mauricio. The location is great for the old town area of Benidorm. The apartments are well equipped for self catering and has a big Mercadona supermarket 100 metres away. The views from the balcony is fantastic. Would recommend for families and couples quiet and secure.

The bed situation, 2 singles and not that comfortable. Also seems much noisier this time for some reason. Possibly I was too close to the lift. Maybe just take earplugs 🙏

Great location to be not right in the main areas but a quick walk to a more chilled area. Both hosts were amazing and went out of their way to assist if we needed anything. Nice enough if not fancy apartments.

Over the last 7 years, I have been staying here every may and again in September. Nice size apartment Fabulous balcon. It's right opposite the park, supermarket 4 mins away. Middle of both towns. What really makes it a perfect stay. At the front desk, you meet 2 beautiful happy professional members of staff. Always there smiling, willing to go out of their way every time to help. Definitely 10/10 for both of them.

It's not a big problem, but it would have been nice to see the cleaners a little bit more.
