Immaculate property. Fantastic sun terrace with loungers

The property was immaculate. Great communications. Easy to access via door code then keys in a key box. Washing machine was a bonus. Air con perfect. But the best was the outside terrace area with sun beds and table and chairs. We loved relaxing out there in the sun.

Pretty, cozy and well maintained 👍

it's cozy and quiet, super clean and recently renovated so everything works as intended. property management and response is fast and correct. I'd like it to have some more kitchen utensils like a potato peeler, a couple good kitchen knives and some more pots and pans but for longer stays you can easily bring them with you or purchase some in any store in the city.

perhaps the lack of parking near the property but you can park right in front of the property to drop-off / load your things

Spectacular in Every Way

Absolutely beautiful apartment. It was immaculate inside and out and had everything we needed and in a fantastic location to walk anywhere in Benidorm.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the apartment it was gorgeous. When we come again though we would ideally like the apartment with the sun terrace but we didn’t book that one as we didn’t think we would have the weather in January. How wrong could we have been. Oh well we definitely know for next time.

Fabulous but completely ruined by the noise transfer from other apartments

Well specked apartment , immaculately clean. Easy walking within the old town and beach on a quiet side road.

However, the walls are paper thin. You could hear the conversation from the apartment above as if they were in the same room as you. Due to this it meant excessive noise well into the early hours on every night of my stay which frankly ruined it. Such a shame as the apartment was super.

A comfortable ‘home from home’ apartment we would gladly visit again!

In a perfect location on a quiet side street in the Old Town which is a gentle stroll down to the sea. Renovated to an extremely high level, everything inside the apartment was superb. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Everything you need for an enjoyable visit!

Only a small point. We stayed for 7 nights and had expected a clean/change of towels during that time. There is a washing machine in the apartment but the weather was inclement during our stay and the towels would not have been dried in time for the next day/evening shower.

Very clean and modern apartment. Great central location for the old town. Easy access via code and lockbox. It meant that our group could come and go as we wanted. Aircon was very effective. Spacious rooms. Plenty of place to store our belongings.

Some long mirrors in the bedrooms would be useful. There is also a strange night-light in the bedroom which we couldn’t see how to turn off. It didn’t keep us awake, but we probably would have turned it off if we knew how. Other than that, the rooms would be pitch black for sleeping. But those are just a minor details!

5 euros extra per night for a few much-needed amenities: some sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, a roll of towels and 1-2 trash

Apartment with large terrace, very clean, new, equipped with new furniture, nice, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, very clean linens and towels, equipped kitchen.

Although the kitchen is equipped, including a few coffee capsules, there is no little sugar. If you do buy sugar, you will drink espresso coffee (20 ml) in a large tea cup (300ml), because there are no coffee cups. If you want to cook something light ... you have no salt, no oil, no vinegar, nothing else. Be careful of the door to the apartment's terrace that closes automatically, so if you close the door all the way, it cannot be opened from the outside - we had to suffer from it on the penultimate evening!!!

The property was very clean and located down a quiet street. The staff were very helpful before and during the stay.

All good. The only negative comment was that we needed an extra blanket on the bed. We didn’t ask as we were only there a short while.

Geweldig genoten en super goed en vriendelijk geholpen.

We hebben voor de deur van het appartement geboekt en hadden vrijwel direct contact met de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurder. Gewoon top en snel geregeld. We konden direct naar binnen en troffen een super net en schoon appratement aan op loop afstand van het centrum. Een hele fijen ervaring.

Dat we weer verder moesten helaas.. ;-)

No había jabón de tocador, un poco de sal en la cocina no estaría mal. Adicionalmente algo que no me gustó es que ahora con lo absurdo que son las horas de checkin y checkout, por lo menos podría ofrecer guardar las maletas por un par de horas mientras termina uno de conocer la ciudad

L'appartamento ha molti punti di forza è pulito, letti comodissimi, cucina pratica con macchina elettrica per il caffè. Dotato di climatizzatori essenziali viste le temperature estive. Non forniscono parcheggio ma è molto difficile a Benidorm trovare questo servizio, si può comunque parcheggiare altrove facendo una piccola passeggiata.

Consiglio di migliorare piccolezze come un telecomando in più per i 3 climatizzatori, c'era una porta della camera da letto rumorosa e nell'altra non c'era modo di chiuderla. Migliorerei l'accoglienza lasciando una bottiglietta d'acqua fresca in frigo e fornendo tazzine da caffè e tovaglie per la colazione.

Impecable, cómodo, equipado y a buen precio

Nos encantó, hemos pasado 4 noches pero nos hubiera encantado quedarnos unos cuantos días más. Instalaciones impecables, nuevas y modernas. Cercanía con las playas principales como poniente y levante. Nos hemos sentidos muy bien atendidos por su encargado Jaime, el cual ha estado pendiente en todo momento de que estuviéramos cómodos y a gusto, incluso nos ha dado recomendaciones locales para ocio y disfrute de nuestras vacaciones. Esperamos volver pronto.

Een aangenaam, verzorgd en centraal gelegen verblijf met alle comfort en een vlotte, vriendelijke service.

Ons verblijf in het appartement was precies wat we ervan gehoopt hadden. Alles klopte met de beschrijving en verwachtingen, waardoor we echt zorgeloos konden genieten. De ligging is ideaal: pal in het centrum én op wandelafstand van het strand. Het appartement zelf is ruim, verzorgd en beschikt over een gezellig terras (in ons geval toch). Alles was kraaknet bij aankomst en perfect onderhouden – geen enkel defect of mankement. De verhuurder was bovendien enorm vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. We kregen telkens binnen vijf minuten antwoord op onze vragen. Kortom: een verblijf met een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken en raden het zeker aan!

Tijdens ons verblijf waren er werken aan het gebouw naast ons, waardoor we soms vroeg wakker werden. Dit lag uiteraard buiten de verantwoordelijkheid van de verhuurder en doet verder niets af aan de kwaliteit van het appartement zelf.
