Perfect place and location to experience the best of Benidorm.

Fantastic location just behind Old Town. This is a really good sized apartment with everything we could have needed for a week or two’s stay. Large bathroom with powerful shower and well lit mirror with sockets, large bed and enough storage, cutest little interior terrace and the living/dining space was comfortable and well equipped. There’s also a slim balcony to the front overlooking the street. Access to the building is via a key code with a physical key for the apartment, instructions for which were all provided in advance. The host, Maria, is fantastic and very helpful, providing all the information and help we needed. After a 4hr delay to our flight going out, this was really lovely.

apart from the one little comment a fantastic place to stay!

The apt. was fantastic; a beautiful decorated entrance; a smoothly working, modern lift to all (4) floors and the location couldn't be better. In the middle of the city; near restaurants, bars and and a big Mercadonna supermarkt. The apt. itself is completely equipped with dish- and laundry-washingmachines; super fridge with big freezer; big rooms and a very nice and big bathroom. Never been in Spain in an apt. that could reach to the quality of this one. And on top of this all: an extremely friendly communication with the host (Maria). A very nice place to stay and I will most certainly love to stay there again when travelling to Benidorm again.

The only small comment to make is that the (superb) apt. obviously has been targeted on long summer days. It was a pity that, even if the apt. invited to stay home at night, the lights gave the impression of a biological Lab research-Centre. In the livingroom 2 bright ceiling lamps and not one single little cosy lamp next to the couch to f.i. read by. That won't be a problem in summer with its long bright days, but in autumn, early spring or even winter this is a real disadvantage. But, after telling the host about this comment, she told me that she had never given this a thought but that she was going to look into the matter..

Perfect

Maria is a fantastic host. She has decorated the apartments perfectly. The wooden floors and the tiles throughout the apartment is the highest quality as is all the equipment in the apartment. I really didn't expect the apartment to be as good as it was. I feel Maria has thought about everything she would want out of a holiday apartment and applied this to the Maremar Suites. I've stayed in other apartments in the past and found that there were things missing. This is not the case with the Maremar suites, everything you need is at hand. I don't think I would have enjoyed my holiday as much if I stayed somewhere else. I'm looking forward to staying there again next year. Also, the soundproofing was great.

The place is gorgeous. The host is really nice. We had everything we needed from the host like, towels, coffee, shampoo and soap bottles. The place is near of tourist attractions and beach, the shops are very close. Everything you need is very close to you. I recommend this place.

Highly recommend Maremar suites.Would love to visit again in the future

Maremar suites central to shops, beach, lots of restaurants and some british bars.Host Maria always available to answer any questions.Big thank you to her.Suites were spotless bed and pillow were very comfortable.Small balcony washing machine in utility room in suite if required.Also good quiet lift.Very secure property and quiet at night bonus not having bars nearby.Air conditioning and safety deposit box also available. Absolutely fabulous overall

It was lovely

No storage to speak of and plenty of room for draws to be added to unpack properly . I had to live from my case which was a pain , boiler was very noisy when it kicked in early in a morning . Needs a full size ironing board as had to leave most cloths in case so had to iron daily and evening . It wasn’t a problem at all but might help if normal size board to leave up. Settee was very slippy , a throw to sit on would be handy . I’m being constructive as nothing was an issue at all .

Charming quiet home away from home

Lovely clean spacious comfortable apartment in a very quiet street in the old town .about a 10 minutes walk to new town beach and old town beaches . Host is a lovely lady ,mattress comfortable,kitchen well equipped,great air conditioning throughout the apartment. TV has good selection of channels and free Amazon prime . Tiny balcony but still enough room to sit out for a coffee or glass of wine. The entrance lobby downstairs is gorgeous,full of character and charm . I highly recommend

Minor things Pillows on bed are hard ,water boiler noisy ( but it is possible to just switch it off) and the barking dog in the opposite Apartment across the street,but with sound proof sliding doors closed it won't bother you . Could do with a bigger bath towel in the bathroom and a bread knife . All of these minor issues I have made to the lovely host and none of them should affect your stay .

Beautiful space and super clean with easy access to keys. Maria, (the owner) provided excellent communication and recommendations for restaurants, parking, activities, and any other requests we had. There was coffee, tea, etc, and even a few pkgs of condensed milk for the coffee ! Yum!! Highly recommend

Amazing!!!

The appartment was simply amazing! Large, clean, close to everything you need, few minutes from the beach. Huge and very comfortable bathroom, iron, washing machine, coffee maker... We really enjoyed our stay there! I recommend it to everybody! Maria is so nice and helpful!!! One of the best appartments we have ever stayed in!

The only thing I would complain about is the pillow (no choice - only one high pillow and as I have neck problems I need the low one) and the drying rack which is really small, so you can't wash a lot of clothes.
