Rouna IV by Gloove

Really lovely spacious and clean property and very helpful hosts

Had some trouble getting in as you needed Wi-Fi to initially unlock the first door but the hosts were very helpful and once that was done the rest of the holiday was easy as pie

Spacious apartment. Plenty of room and good kitchen.

We couldn't get into the building on arrival. You have to unlock using WiFi connection and the buildings WiFi was down. We were nearly an hour waiting outside (single parent with 2 children), very hot and tired, until one of the other guests arrived with a key. There's no lift, which I wasn't aware of, so then had to carry all the luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever had to sleep on. A huge metal bar through the middle of the bed which made it impossible to sleep. The actual bed was comfortable but we were a family of 3 so one of us had to use this terrible sofa bed making the stay very uncomfortable. This is not suitable for families at all!
