Casa Centro Benidorm

The owner was very responsive and serious , we had some changes on our flight from morning departure to evening so our check in changed but Daniel the owner said not to worry at all as any time we will get there they will meet us and check us is . We arrived quite late as ironically the flight got delayed but Daniel’s sister Adely was waiting for us as promised , greeted us with a very kind and warm welcome. The flat was stunning , very big , very clean with everything you need from dishes , ketal , iron table , washing machine , microwave, oven ,etc. to floaties beach umbrellas and all sorts. Afer the check in no one came along anymore so no disturbance what so ever. I would give this property an absolute 10 out of 10 and the owners both Daniel and Adely a 5 star review for the profesionalism and kindness. By the way beach levante is literally 3-4 minutes down the road , tapas alley 2 min , everything is at your door step. We loved it and surely we will be back soon❤️ Highly recommend .

Good location. Daniel was a great host. The property was clean and had everything for our needs. It's our second time that we stayed at this property.

Квартира очень уютная и комфортная. Есть все необходимое для проживания. На кухне есть просто все, как у себя дома,чайник и кофемашина, даже есть тостер и блендер. Микроволновая печь и духовка. Кастрюли и сковородки. Ну просто все!!!! Достаточное количество полотенец, одеял простынь. Хозяин был очень любезен. Предложил для пользования даже пляжные зонты и шезлонги. В квартире есть 2 кондиционера, что очень спасает в жаркую погоду, стиральная машина и посудомоечная машина. Расположение идеальное. За углом супермаркет, до моря 5 минут. Эта квартира расположена в старом городе. В самом центре. Все кафе и рестораны рядом. Я могу посоветовать эту квартиру !

Good location and clean

There were building works starting at 8am every morning in the apartment block. Host did not inform us so we could make a decision on our booking. He did offer a discount on a future booking but was not willing to offer this to to our current booking so I wonder if that was just lip service There is no 24 hour front desk. In fact there is no front desk at all. Booking.com said he told them he offered to move us which is completely untrue. So disappointed as the banging and drilling did not promote relaxation and any lie-in was not possible
