Perfect for my needs while recovering from surgery.

Location was perfect for the type of holiday I wanted. Check in was easy. Apartment was spotless and had everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Because it’s on a very busy street with lots of cafes and restaurants it was a bit noisy until late evening. 11pm or so. Didn’t bother me because I sleep with ear plugs.

Excellent

From the minute we arrived we received a first class welcome and service; we asked to move rooms to be nearer to our friends and after 1 night we were moved to room 302 which also had the bonus of a balcony. The gentleman on reception went above and beyond for us and even supplied washing powder and fabric conditioner so we could do some washing. The beds were the comfiest we have had in Benidorm and all the small items you need to make your stay more comfortable were provided. We would most definitely stay here again, well done!

We slept with the door open and this is a busy part of Benidorm so it can be very noisy at night (you don't really notice this though if you've had a few drinkies)! We were often upset to see the homeless man sleeping opposite amongst all the people enjoying themselves, even more sad to see him under his blanket on Christmas Day in biblical rain, this of course, is no reflection on the apartments as it's out of their control.

Location in old town, clean, great selection of tv channels and streaming apps.

Safe is extra charge, had service once in 6 days, if you are in the second block there is around 15 steps to drag your cases up before you get to the lift.

Great location and clean.

Location is perfect for the old town and even to New town with a short walk. Apartment was very clean on arrival and was equipt with everything you need. Surprisingly not too noisy from the street outside. Rose on reception was fabulous with excellent customer service. Always happy to help and greet you with a smile. She gave a great recommendation for tapas too. Bathroom is a good size and the view down the road to the sea was lovely in the morning.

The only thing I can say for improvement is the heating in building 1. The AC unit was in the ceiling right above the bed. I was unable to change the setting to heat. So it was a little chilly at night. I should have said something, but didn't want to be a bother and I managed. Maybe the addition of net curtains on the windows for extra privacy.

Positioned in the hub of the old town minutes from the beach. The balcony provided an ideal position the watch all the parades during the festival.

The room, the location and cleanliness

On arrival 3 rooms out of 4 were ready so we put our belongings in one of the rooms that were ready and went to explore until room was ready, we did arrive back a few hours later to check in to which we were told we couldn't have our room we were too late and our room card was in bin 🤬 the man's attitude was horrendous not at all like the man when we first checked in. Eventually after a few tense moments and words he let us have our key, bearing in mind we had paid in full and left €100 deposit on each room I really think his attitude was very unnecessary

Most of it was pleasant and comfortable but really not impressed with the check-in service

We liked the spacious balcony, clean and spacious room and the great patio doors that cut out a lot of the noise from the street below. We visited during festival time so there were a lot of people and could be noisy but due to great soundproofing we weren’t disturbed. We appreciated the small kitchen area, fridge and spacious bathroom. Most of the hosts were pleasant

Having arrived at 03.40 am we struggled with the whole difficult entry system. It was too much for that time in the morning and the host on wasn’t very helpful at all and shrugged his shoulders when asked anything. We already had paid for that morning because we knew it was a late flight and would take long to get to resort and felt that we should’ve been able to book in for other two nights after we’d had a sleep. We were so tired we couldn’t think straight and it wasn’t a straightforward book-in service and didn’t print out our keycards at end which resulted in just having to phone their hotel to get us keycards.

Disappointing terrace room

Location is excellent. Lots of shopping nearby, restaurants, beach etc. Good aircon. No noise when your patio door is closed. Someone at reception every time we went by.

The room we paid for - with terrace - is not the one pictured. They have several rooms and ours was the smallest so an extreme shock. The photos used are the best and there is no warning it wouldnt be that. (See fire escape picture has all terrace rooms ours was 502). Patio has no privacy from your neighbours (gaps in the fence so you can see everything), and it was tiny compared to advertised pictures. Table and chairs is a pull out table pinned to the wall and in our room it basically went to the bed so it didnt feel there was enough space to sit at it. We told reception about the room not being as advertised and they said they get this reaction all the time but the listing/advertisement simply isnt clear. No price discount and couldn't move us into a better room until the end of the holiday as booked up so would have been disruptive. There was a water issue so it was shut off 11pm-3am, not ideal but it is what is it but then a maintenance person knocked and spoke with us at 1.30am! Not holiday vibe at all. Could do with more utensils in the cupboard e.g. a wine glass. Shower quite small.

My booking stated that i would have a room with a balcony and a street view, but i was given neither a balcony or a street view, just an enclosed courtyard from all sides, a claustrophobic one, i asked at reception id change this is not what i wanted. and was told to come back in morning, so i did and the lady at reception said to me we can change for you next day ( so thats 2 night) already, and was told to pack my stuff ready for change by 11 am, so i did that on 3rd morning, after waiting around, i went to reception and was told by same lady(rocio) that she can no longer offer me another room anymore ? Without telling me in advance at least. Surely this room is not what i booked, nor should i be charged for the same rate, and i don't understand why tell me all this, and not deliver while they could just tell me a no and just get on with it Room 207, felt like a prison Also i didn't have any hot water for the first day. Terrible experience. Only good thing about this is the location.

Close to the town and in walking distance of the beach.

We stayed in the apartment that sleeps 8. There were two rooms, each with two bunk beds in. One of the bedrooms didn't have a window. It was very hot and stuffy. Could adjust the ait conditioning to a cooler setting and was told it was because it wasn't summer yet. Air conditioning shouldn't be advertised if you can not use it. Would also of been nice if there was a small amount of tea or coffee as we arrived at midnight but there was nothing. There was also no balcony as in picture description.

A few problems but an enjoyable stay

TV was not working but this was fixed by the staff The heating did not work No knife for cutting food Horrible smell in the bathroom we needed to keep the door shut and the window open Apartment was clean and comfortable The rooftop terrace was an added bonus However we had to go over to reception to ask them to open the terrace door a couple of times Overall the problems did not hinder our stay We enjoyed our week If they can't put right those few little problems it would have been perfect Thanks

We would stay with 2Sleep again

Location excellent with it being both on the doorstep of The Old Town and walkable to The New Town. Beach only 50 metres at the end of the street. A very busy area lots of bustle all around and when you close the balcony door it is totally silent inside the apartment.

The balcony unfortunately only gets a little sun up until 9.30am.
