Go to place in old town

Host was very welcoming, even let us check in early. Place was spotless and very well equipped, they had thought of everything - toiletries, coffee machine, book and even beer in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable and there was also a lot of storage.

Very quiet, victor gave us a can of beer and bottle of water. Really lovely bloke.

We were on the second floor with lots of steps and I have a bad hip. No lift. The only thing o would suggest for the room is a full length mirror.

Great location, modern apartment in centre, connected easy by foot to all beaches. Great owner, always there to respond and help. Easy check in and check out. Apartment full equipment everything you need. There is washing machine I almost broke it and he call dormer and fix it without blame us and we didn’t pay even was my mistake. Next summer we will stay here again that is sure.

Amazing apartment 😀

On arrival i messaged to say I had got there early, I was able to check in straight away. I was met at the apartment & shown around. Really friendly, helpful person. I couldn't get the air con on so he came back to sort it. Apartment was amazing very spacious & clean. Everything was in the apartment...iron, really good hairdryer, straighteners.. everything. Location was ideal for the old town. 5 minute walk to the marina & the beach. I was on the ground floor so no balcony but that really wasnt an issue for me. Check out was so easy & not too early. I will definitely use the Boomerang again & highly recommend.

Location is perfect, in the heart of the old town. No traffick and no noise at all if you shut the windows. Short walk to the beach.

In the middle of everything, but even though, it was still no noise as I was a quiet side street, literally just 10 meters away from all the hustle and bustle and just meters away from both Levante and Poniente beach.

In this case everything was spot on and really nothing to dislike...Thumbs up!

Exceptional

Very nice, friendly and accurate hosts. Location is in the center near beautiful park and beach. Comfortable appartment with modern laconic design and decorations. Buddha pictures in bedrooms definitely make relaxing atmosphere :)

There was nothing we disliked, really. The only thing we rather felt little lack of - such little things you never take with you for travelling, especially when staying for 1 night - sugar and salt in the kitchen. Or may be we just haven't found it there 🤷‍♀️

advertised as a one bedroom flat it is a studio that has one bed! Nowhere to sit comfortably, you must either sit on a bed or kitchen stools. Missing vital kitchen utensils (corkscrew) No good for longer than a long weekend. Not good for elderly people (no lift). The bathroom had a backdraft from the sewer it needs sorting out. We have stayed in this area in bigger and better apartments for around the same price.

Over-priced, very basic and overpoweringly smelly

The location was central for the Old Town and they had a hair-dryer!

The apartment was compact with great kitchen facilities, a firm but comfortable double bed and small wardrobe. We visited in November and it was freezing cold with no heating whatsoever. There was only a thin duvet/throw on the bed with 2 extremely thin, soggy pillows, so we had to fold them in half to get any support at all. The bathroom was small and the shower cubicle was so small, a larger person would struggle to wash with the doors closed. The cheap towels were awful - 2 of the hand towels looked like tea-towels (I use better ones at home for my dog). The apartment was mostly clean, but there were urine stains on the underside of the toilet seat and the bathroom bin had not been emptied. As we were only staying one night, this would have been bearable, but the worst thing was the stench on return from our night out. It hit you as you opened the door and was overwhelming. I cannot even describe it, but imagine a mixture of urine, sweaty feet, BO and a rotting corpse. It must have been from the drains, which is not the apartment owners fault, but it was so bad I did not sleep at all and my partner slept with tissue up each nostril. We even contemplated getting up and sleeping in the car it was so bad. Add to this the noise from the street below until 5am, and we were willing the hours away so we could get up and leave. We have stayed in all kinds of accommodation all over the World, but have to say this was the worst room ever. To compare value for money, this cost us 100€ for one night. Friends stayed in the 4* Hotel Cimbel for the same with B&B in excellent conditions. (Sadly, we couldn't book there for 1 night)

Bon emplacement mais séjour perturbé par quelques désagréments.

Très bon emplacement de l’appartement, idéal pour un séjour balnéaire. Les plages de Llevant et de Ponent se trouvent à seulement 3 à 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est agréable, avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. L’appartement permet donc de profiter pleinement de la mer tout en ayant toutes les commodités à portée de main.

Quelques points ont toutefois impacté notre séjour. L’appartement présente un problème de vis-à-vis limitant l’intimité. La terrasse n’était pas exploitable en raison d’une odeur persistante liée à un ancien usage de tabac. Enfin, une coupure d’électricité lors de notre dernière nuit a compliqué le rangement de nos affaires et notre départ.

La ubicación era excelente y los dueños muy simpáticos. El piso limpio y bien equipado.

Tuvimos un problema por parte de la plataforma de Bioking: reservamos en la web un piso con balcón y nos dieron uno sin él. Hablamos con los dueños, que no pudieron solucionar el problema al estar todos los pisos con terraza ocupados, pero fueron muy amables y razonables. Aún seguimos esperando respuesta por parte del servicio de atención al cliente de Booking...

Excelente ubicación, climatización y tiene de todo.

Ubicación perfecta, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, limpieza, muy buen anfitrión, muy buenas ventanas aíslan bastante bien el ruido, calle estrecha con otras casas enfrente da el sol directo muy poco tiempo. Cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo pasa poca gente por esta calle, ideal. Tiene plancha, cafetera, tostadora, lavadora, buen frigorifico con congelador, toallas, algunos vasos, platos, cubiertos, aceite, sal, azúcar, café, etc. Está genial, nosotros repetiremos seguro si está libre.

Sofá del salón incómodo, las dos camas son de matrimonio, creo que sería mejor al menos en una habitación que fueran dos pequeñas. La TV no sintoniza los canales correctamente se ven mal, pero es smart TV y puedes ver por internet. Son cosas mejorables pero no son importantes, lo importante está todo bien.
