Everything was good, all 3 beds we're doubles, lots of space and great location,

Only gripe, which was a problem was one of the showers drains was blocked and flooded the place, three of us had to use the remaining one, We reported the problem however it was not fixed on our visit Still we would stay here again

Massive apartment that easily could sleep 8. 3 large double bedrooms with en suite for master. Great location. Very clean and presentable. I'm used to a hard bed but the beds there were soft but still very good. Would i recommend it? For certain. The location, price, quality, and facilities were brilliant.

cold at night lol and i lost money at the casino but the apartment couldn't be faulted and i'm hard to please. As the bedrooms were at the back of the apartment you never heard any noise from outside.

Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de Benidorm durante el festival Low ya que todo está muy cercano. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Un alojamiento básico pero muy resultón.

Con unos pocos detalles fáciles de solventar la experiencia hubiera sido perfecta. Las toallas para aseo eran toallas de playa y no había ninguna amenitie en el baño o bayetas para la cocina. Pero aun así la experiencia estupenda. Ojo: Es un segundo sin ascensor, que no pasa nada pero no estaría de más comentarlo

The location was perfect. Size of apartment perfect. Good facilities.

Some ongoing damage requires fixing, a leak in the hallway not fixed, and the landlord is aware he came to view the property during our stay. Hot water runs out quickly, loose toilet seats, loose shower head. There is no shelf in the showers to place products, so everything has to be on the floor. The bathroom with the sliding door is impossible to close at times. I believe the property needs to treat the sofa and mattresses for bed bugs. Two of us have red bites in a pattern on the neck and hip area, which is utterly gross. It's a shame that the review is rather negative because aside from this, the place is really ideal it just needs some proper TLC, and the customer service was very good.
