The property is brand new and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, where most of Benidorm’s LGBT nightlife is concentrated. That said, it is worth mentioning that Benidorm no longer seems to attract the same large LGBT crowd described in many older reviews still found online.
The hotel offers beautiful apartments with sea views and, in our case, we had a fantastic view from the 4th floor. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
Cons:
The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, and the internet connection in general was quite poor.
Another downside is the strict policy of not allowing any external guests into the apartment, even just for a drink or an aperitif. This limits the experience, especially when choosing an apartment rather than a traditional hotel precisely to enjoy a little more privacy, independence and freedom while on holiday.

Location is brilliant in the old town
The bloke on reception very rude, ignorant and arrogant.
We complained for 2 days the room was too warm as the air con was switched to winter mode. We had no sleep for 2 nights.
He did nothing just rude
