The location, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, the facilities, albeit the en-suite bathroom was locked due to repairs being required The hotel Faz that provided the keys, the person who we met when leaving the apartment and arranging to take our luggage was so helpful and nice. Checking in was a bit long winded and not particularly welcoming.

The only issue was that we were not informed that the en-suite bathroom was out of order. There were 4 of us and we booked it because of the 2 bathrooms. The owner only solution was to cancel it and look for another place but the young chap on reception in the morning we were returning home was so helpful and apologetic with it all. Would we return to the apartment, most certainly if it was just the 2 of us

Perfect location, for shops food, drinks,beach, sunrises, sunset views and the beauiful Church in the old town. The apartment layout is really nicely planned out and it's better than the photos 📸 End of March season, so much sun shine in the apartment and balcony. You get to catch beautiful sunrises early morning over the sea and then beautiful sunsets down the church and city on the evening. It's such a beautiful relaxing apartment. I did not want to leave, its a perfect home. I would most certainly stay here again. And I highly recommend here if your in benidorm. There is a lift as its on the 7th floor. Sun all day while listening to the waves and birds.

Nothing the apartment was clean tidy and welcoming, it was fully equipped with everything you need. And perfect, located close to everything but away from noise, there is also a 24hr desk on hand 1/2 min walk away. Where you collect the keys.

The property is in a fantastic location, and you can literally hear the waves crashing as you go to sleep. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Good iron, hairdryer, Tassimo machine, and other usual appliances. It also has a huge TV in the living room, and another big one in the main bedroom. The showers were really good, and both bathroom very spacious. The kitchen had what you need, and there is also a washing machine in the main bathroom. The outside terrace is big enough for 4 people, and it got sun all day long. Amazing just sitting there, enjoying the views of the sea and the Old Town. The apartment is in the 7th floor, but it has a good lift.

We loved everything about the property, and the person I dealt with was a great communicator and really nice person. The only slight negative is the entrance to the whole block had a really bad smell, but it didn’t impact on the actual apartment. Therefore, it didn’t warrant me knocking any scores down, as it was a truly great place to stay.

Que nos lo vendieron como impoluto y dejaba mucho que desear. En relación a la limpieza: sábanas manchadas, toallas rotas, cortinas sucias, ducha sucia con restos de gel. Persianas que no bajaban y mosquiteras que no cerraban.
