Levante Boutique apartment in centre with seaview

Heerlijk groot appartement met ruim balkon midden in de stad en de gezelligheid. Wij hadden regen toen we er waren maar hebben ons prima vermaakt.

Auto parkeren in de buurt is lastig.

The host Anna was very prompt when messaging her. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was right in the heart of everything with shops, cafes and restaurants all outside the door. It was a bit noisy at night when the binmen came to empty the bins but nothing too bad. The apartment had great facilities like a coffee machine and a washing machine and a dishwasher. We brought pods with us to use. The bedroom that faces onto the balcony could be doing with heavier curtains as the room was very bright once morning came but an eye mask helped. We asked for a late check out as our flight was late at night and as the apartament was not booked that night Anna allowed us to stay in it until our taxi picked us up for no extra cost. We were so appreciative of her very kind gesture. We recommend this apartment to everyone.

Location is excellent with a seaview.

The location was excellent due to it being so close to the beach and the old town. It was very easy to get in and out of the apartment and there were 2 sets of keys, which was good for 6 of us staying there. It was great having our own private space for a group of friends, and the balcony was also a great feature. Inside the apartment block itself was very quiet and we weren't disrupted at all by any other apartments

It was extremely noisy at night with cleaning trucks and bin lorries going past the apartment at 3am/4am which none of the other reviews mentioned when we booked, and this wasn't mentioned by the host. A couple of the towels were stained, and one of the bed sheets was not clean. We also didn't have enough towels, although when we asked for this, they were provided fairly quickly. One of the toilets in the apartment didn't work which was very frustrating when there are 6 of you! The showers also had to be VERY quick, otherwise the hot water would run out. Again, if you are advertising an apartment for 6, then this could/should be remedied.
