- Early check-in, - Possibility to store the luggage at the reception desk after the check-out and use the bathroom / shower at the end of the day before collecting our items. - Daily Clean and every 2/3 days new towels
- A/C was not working properly, during the warmest hours / days the room was quite hot also if the A/C was on at max power level. Anyhow, the situation was totally manageable and okay to enjoy our holiday in Benidorm.

The location is perfect . The rooms are bright and clean The staff were lovely
Unfortunately our sea view room was within touching distance of a hotel re build . The noise was unbearable so we could use the balcony through the day
