Simple terraced house "Rainbow", 3 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the centre of Centro Historico, in a central, busy position on a slope, from the sea, 150 m from the beach. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 10 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 150 m, railway station "Benidorm-Alicnte" 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 5 km, Mundomar 5 km, Terra Mitica 5 km, Terra Natura 5 km, Alicante 45 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 60 km. Please note: car not advisable, no lift. Object suitable for 6 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. Great house right in centre of the gay quarter of the old town. Could be a bit noisy at night at the weekends but it was a perfect location for us and we enjoyed the buzz of the area. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate our party of 5
