Would not stay there again

Water on floor in bathroom coming from under sink reported it said. They would fix it when we came back to apartment they had put a bowl under neath to catch water which we had to empty when full

The location was perfect. It's right in the city centre with 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and 2 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was good and it was especially nice to have air-conditioning.

The property is not suitable for OAPs like us it’s up the top of a hill, the stairs to the apartment are not fit for purpose the are at an angle and hard to negotiate as they twist and turn my wife fell 3or 4 times and bells from the church are very loud This should have been explained

Construction underneath woke me at 8am every morning with out fail ...and when leaving workmen re cement around window 🪟 nearly threw/splashed it all over me ..not great...... Would ov like to have know building renovation s going to be going on ... Told staff about issue when went in office she said very sorry ....and would look into issue with workmen..... Need to know where put rubbish 🗑 should be in information pack with apartment details .

I loved the location, right next to the church, so it felt more cultural. The view from the terrace is the best in benidorm I feel, watching the sun set. I liked the bells calling me to go to church . The street below was quiet (stayed march) I liked the room and the building itself. I like how close it was to the beach ,old town and dove Park.

Good location, clean, spacious, nice rooftop views. easy access cheap and comfortable.

The sofa bed was damaged and hard. There was only 3 glasses and four of us staying but other than that no problem, could do with defib on the terrace for after all those stairs, nearly died a death.

The view and the location was amazing.

It wasn't clean. The sheets on the top bunk obviously hadn't been changed as there was make up on them and there was pubic hair and a lot of dirt in the bathroom. There wasn't even any soap in the bathroom. The bunk beds were dangerous. On the first night my daughter got trapped between the railings and the mattress, I had to pull her out. Several times she bumped her head on the ceiling where it jutted out. I emailed them with a question and noone replied. It was cold. The downstairs door banged loudly at night.

The location is great in the Old Town and the comunications were good with the owner. The place was clean and kitchen basic, but every thing there. The roof terrace is great for town and beach views.

In the Old Town it is noisy late at night, early morning. The access is by narrow stairs upto all 4 floors.

Everything the description wasn't accurate. This accommodation I not big enough for 4 adults. There was 4 hand towels which was ridiculous for 4 adults staying there for 3 nights. The terrace where only 2 people could stand on.We only 2 of us stayed 1 night then all 4 of us checked into a hotel This is only suitable for 2 people.The details on line are totally misleading.

Close to all the gay bars where I wanted to go... Really surprised there was no toiletries in the bathroom.. I could have stayed at casa din Juan for 45 euros with toiletries. Overall basic and disapintingu

Perfect place for a quick getaway to enjoy what Benidorm has to offer.

This is my second time staying here and it suits me perfectly. The location is great being in the old town and so you are close to everything. Being able to take my dog there makes the difference too. The apartment is clean and basically has everything you require for a short stay in Benidorm.

It could do with some different knives and if a dish towel was supplied as well it would be easier to clean up the kitchen.

Very enjoyable stay in an apartment conveniently located in old town, Benidorm.

Apartomentos El Castell is situated on a narrow pedestrianised street in the old town of Benidorm. Excellent location next to the Balcon del Mediterrâneo and short walking distances to all the beaches in Benidorm. Within a 10 min walking range there are lots and lots of bars and restaurants. There is a terrace on the top of the building which we did not use because of walking difficulties.

The apartments here are converted small old buildings. The steps leading up to the rooms are very narrow and steep and could be problematic if you have walking problems or carrying large or heavy luggages.

ideal location for beaches bars and restaurants and clean apartment

Location was ideal for all areas of old town, and situated next to fantastic views from the headland. I asked for apartment on lower floor (1st floor) and this was accommodated. Was within easy reach of bars and restaurants on tapas alley. Apartment was compact, comfortable and host contacted me during my stay to provide weekly cleaning & fresh linen/towels.

There is no lift in property which is clearly indicated and it is on a slight incline going up to the church.I would take this into account if you have any medical issues. However my request for lower floor was granted so this did not detract from my stay which I enjoyed immensly.
