It’s a spacious flat in a private house, completely independent from the rest of it. About 15 min walk from the beach, supermarket nearby, lots of places to eat in around, close to tram station too. It is on the quiet street, no noisy parties around, good for families with kids. Decor is basic but everything is functional and very clean. The host Jose Luis is very nice and helpful, he looked after us very well. We absolutely loved our holiday and can highly recommend Casa Salamanca to everyone!

Could do with mirror in bedrooms and a slip mat in the bath. The only mirror is in the children's room with bunk beds. There was hot water in bathroom but not in kitchen.

La terraza es mediana y se está bien.

Que hay muchas camas por habitación, almohadas súper blandas e incómodas, la tv no se podía ver, no hay aire acondicionado solo en el salón y para dormir pasas mucho calor, etc. Si eres 6 personas es un pcoo agobiante. Unas escaleras para subir peligrosas, y en la terraza para niños igual. Es antiguo el baño y todo. Armarios por dentro sin pintar y como sucios. Y me parece caro para lo que es.

El apartamento estaba muy sucio y con bastantes hormigas. La cafetera tenia moho al igual que la cortina de la ducha que tenia hongos.

Pésima limpieza

La ubicación y el hombre que nos atendió amable.

Para empezar la limpieza del alojamiento era pésima , los colchones nefastos , la ducha llena de suciedad. Las toallas estaban negras y las ollas de la cocina sucias. No había ni un paño en la cocina para poder limpiar. Los armarios por dentro estaban sucios. Mirad bien las condiciones de reserva , no hay parking y si te excedes de los kWh que pone , te cobran de más.
