Loved the cleanliness, the set up was great. Little tables, lamps, lights, the view, comfortable beds and settees. The place was lovely. Would use again. Thoroughly enjoyed Being there and it helped being in such a good location too. Excellent.
We arrived Sunday so having to travel to get the keys when you are tired, hot and not wanting to walk with your luggage is frustrating. Directions were not easy to follow. Had problems finding both places even though we've been to Benidorm many times. This was our only problem.

We didn’t experience any noise problems

Toaster Oven Hob Microwave
Washing machine Iron Kettle all worked well
No problems collecting keys from letting agents
But our times were good and not out of hours
€200 deposit
The actual apartment is very tired
But everything was clean and tidy
It could do with a upgrade
Both with fixtures and fittings
The decor is drab
All the furniture Living room/Bedroom/Kitchen/Bathroom is outdated
More MFI than IKEA
Bedding and Towels are also old
There are NO cleaning products or equipment
Except for a mop and bucket
No soap No water for drinking
We knew that on booking
Being our 2nd visit
Knowing all the details didn’t detract from our experience of a lovely Holiday

It’s location and the gentleman Edgar that maned the door he went out of his way to halo us when we arrived
Cleanliness food behind furniture dust thick on to and skirting’s under sofa and beds were thick with dust dirty tissues ear buds plastic bag all under the sofa cleaned the place myself when in and before we left microwave was rusty inside rubber gaskets around oven hanging off washing machine didn’t work and leaked

Easy access to everything. Beach bars eateries shops.
Have stayed here many times but this apartment was dirty. Old fashioned and needed updating. Walls were dirty as was floors etc. Very dusty.
