Comfortable and pleasant

The location was absolutely brilliant and the sea view room was amazing to wake up to everyday. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

With no air conditioning it would of been nice to of had more powerful fans in the room and the kitchen is much smaller then the pictures suggest.

The view of the beach

Too much furniture in a small studio, the decor was very dated, curtains didn’t fit the windows, only covered half way down the window, the curtain rails were hanging by string to tie them up, dirty sweaty socks hanging around the apartment, from previous guests, no WiFi , had to pay a deposit and you get back till you get back home, I wouldn’t mind we cleaned the apartment when we were 1st in and cleaned on our last day, no change of towels, no change of bedding no cleaners at all, we were there for 6 days,

Hotel was suitable for our requirements in a fantastic location. So close to

Great views, clean and tidy and provided good information from the start. Also minute walk from multiple pubs and you don’t hear the noise from the strip.

No sun loungers around the pool. Also the walk in the early hours of the morning from the key collection point to the hotel was a little scary. Gangs are out there waiting for the drunk on his own to mug him, therefore I didn’t feel safe walking with a case. It can be a little noisy at night as you have the odd drinkers deciding to go for a dip in the sea. Okay to close the doors in May but could get too warm in July.

dirty place looks nice from outside

We had to walk about a mile in 27 degree heat to collect the keys at 16.30 (not good for 2 disabled pensioners) when we finally got the keys we had to pay 200 euros deposit which has still not been returned.

The room was dirty (I have pictures ) The lift did not look safe.The whole experience was one I would not like to relive.I Would like to apply for a refund please.

Not enough shelving to put toiletries on. No bedside tables, lamps. Very dated and needs upgrading. Wiring looks dangerous. One of the Lifts also looks very dangerous and badly needs attention. Only one small mirror in bathroom above the basin. This making drying hair extremely difficult. Really needs another mirror in bedroom and socket to allow for this. Not enough towels for a week and no washing machine to wash.

We had to clean the the apartment before settling in and we purchased the cleaning equipment we left it for the cleaner to use we left the apartment cleaner than we went in also your towels are shockingly degrained not set up for rental at all !

Absolutely loved this place and will definitely be booking again

The property was perfect for my husband and I. Overlooking Levante beach, you can see the main strip from the back of the building. Perfect views over the sea. We were 22 floors up which I loved but husband took some time to come around lol and the balcony was big enough that he could relax without looking down. Swimming pool was fab and very quiet. Kitchen was small but it had everything we needed including a fridge freezer and kettle and It didn’t bother us anyway as we always eat out or take something back to eat on the balcony. The bathroom was spacious and we were very surprised at how good the water pressure was. The apartment was very clean and smelt lovely and fresh. The bedding and towels were spotless and beds (which we found comfortable) were made on arrival. There was an awesome iron and an ironing board. The fan came in handy at night as there is no air conditioner and if you leave the balcony doors open and the front door ajar whilst you’re there in the day the breeze off the sea is amazing. There was also a heater, broom, mop and bucket. I think you can hire a safe key from the office but we didn’t need to.

Changing towels and bedsheets only once per week, No serviced cleaning at all in a stay of one month, Only one key 🔑 meaning you could not go out separately and must return together, The bedsetee is extremely uncomfortable to sit on.

Really clean room. View fantastic. Parking brilliant large open car park at rear in which our motorhome fitted easily. Lifts small but really quick.

NEVER BOOK IT, NOT WORTH IT

The view is the unique nice thing of all this

The rest was terrible. Very dirty everywhere, sand on the floor, we had to clean alone even kitchen appliance, frying pan was full of oil and in all apartment disgusting smell. In bath was somebody's scrunchy. They don't have toilet paper, no sponge for dishes, no soap for hands, you have to buy everything yourself. and clean up in the apartment. the staff are very rude, when you call them they yell at you that they are busy answering the phone. And also they will not answer you before 10am and us not sure they will answer at all, you should keep calling them. We never will return there. That terrace and view is not worth it, we prefer something clean and kind workers.

Location is perfect and the views are stunning

The guy in the office was not welcoming. We were given one key between 2 of us and was accused of losing one we weren't given in the first place. He was very arrogant and intimidating to 2 females. Reception is only open a few hours each day and no one available at night. Often had to wait a while on the lift and did not feel safe. The room was very basic and we were given only 4 small towels for 1 weeks stay with no option offered for housekeeping. No TV remote and no Aircon so difficult to sleep at night.

Perfect location and walking distance from literally everything we wanted to go to in Benidorm and right on the beach as well. Property has a beautiful view and was everything we wanted it to be and more!

The only thing I can fault is that the bed was two singles put together instead of a double but this was very minor!
