Las Damas estudio-Fincas Benidorm

One of the most fabulous positions and views in the whole of Benidorm.

Difficult one this. The apartment itself is in dire need of an overhaul, feels like it hasn’t been done since the late 70s/early80s, everything is clean and tidy, but also massively dated. We had booked for Las Damas 12 but we were put in Las Damas 15 and on the 22nd floor, my wife is nervous of heights but gradually got used to it. Picking the keys up outside of standard office hours (flight delayed 2.5hrs) meant a trek which felt like half way across Benidorm and then a walk back with all of our luggage, but having said that the check-in was quick and the young man was courteous. I don’t remember seeing a deposit requirement of €200 on the documentation but by 1.30am we were in no mood to argue. As I say the room was on the 22nd floor to be reached by lift………the lift is also in dire need of a refurb….there are 4 lifts in all, 2 that serve even number floors and two that serve odd number floors. One of the lifts that serves the even numbers was out of service the entire time we were there and the other lift worked intermittently with alarming noises. If you take a lift to the 21st floor you have to navigate an outside spiral staircase which again filled my wife with trepidation. Dropping the key off when we left was effortless and we now await the return of our deposit.

Lifts took a long time and 1 in particular was always broke and no washing machine ( it did say there was a machine) rooms very basic but beds are very comfy

La habitación es una alcoba y no hay ninguna ventana. La persona de la inmobiliaria fue muy desagradable conmigo y cuando le dije que me tratara bien me dijo que estaba enfadado desde la mañana por otro motivo y yo le dije que no tenía que cagar su enfado conmigo. No me pidió ni perdón.

la ubicación excepcional, con unas vistas maravillosas.

Nosotros ocupábamos un estudio en el piso 22 y todos los días nos encontrábamos con el grave problema de que los ascensores no funcionaban; había 4 . dos para las plantas pares y dos para las impares: hemos tenido que bajar un piso todos los días por la escalera de caracol exterior del edificio. el estudio está bastante antiguo.
