The keys were in a lock box inside the apartment - we did have a little trouble with the codes on the gate and door but we managed to gain access.
Communication from Hector was excellent and we had everything we needed in the apartment.
The location is good, especially for a short stay.
The terrace and views were superb.

Great apartment, clean & comfortable with brilliant location for beach & strip. Views from 9th floor was great!, Hector was in touch with us from start to finish but as everything went so well we didn't need to contact him.
One bathroom we didn't use for showering as no shower curtain & water went everywhere which made floor slippery but it wasn't an issue really as the other bathroom was good.
