State of apartment. Was like stepping back in time with decor.no cleaning products in kitchen. Broken floor tiles,very dirty toilet and bath.flaking paint on walls and ceiling in bathroom and bedroom. Dirty bedding. Having to pay for tv remote and wi fi and the office staff where not interested at all.in it was disgusting

Lovely bright spacious apartment with amazing sea view

Lovely sea front apartment opposite the beach in an excellent location with amazing views, good facilities, nice and clean. Very spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with balcony. On the positive side the views were amazing and with it being so high up we didn’t hear any noise from the promenade late at night. The apartment had WiFi, Safe deposit box, English TV channels and Air Conditioning all at an extra charge.

On our arrival we were allocated an apartment on the 20th floor (even though I requested a lower floor apartment). I found it difficult to stay for long on the balcony due to the height looking down from the balcony.

The location was fantastic, beds comfortable, a bit dated, key collection is poor, tv reception at times non-existent, TV and WiFi should be standard, shower was brilliant but soon flooded due to poor drainage, bed settee very uncomfortable and position poor for watching TV, bit of a mishap mash of kitchen equipment, overall good value for money,

It was in an excellent location with a great view from our appartment. The staff who cleaned downstairs were very friendly. The room was clean.

No cleaners came into the apartment during our weeks stay so we had to tidy away our own rubbish which was a pain as we were on 13th floor. There was no TV remote & when I asked at the office was told it was 15 euros to hire for the week. I have never experienced that in all my travels and thought it was very cheeky to have to pay extra to watch the Tv.

false advertising pictures of a different apartment, which was shocking, unclean, poor furnishings, very worn & old, bed were uncomfortable & unclean we ended up with bites, hot water wasn’t constant we had to wait for it to heat up to each have a shower, it was shocking, staff did not want to help & were very very rude & abrupt, basically it was tuff stay there cause they wouldn’t refund or move property for us, overall shocking experience.

Very dated needs money spending on apartment landed at midnight nowhere to get keys had to ask restaurant next door they put it in my maps 20mins away all up hill with 4 young children to be told I had to go back they never took cash eventually got into the property room was 20/30 years out of date no aircon location was the best thing about it it’s the the only place I been where the balcony was better than the apartment

very good and i would suggest it to any of my friends, but collecting the keys is the only fault you

this is my only complaint, everything was great apart from getting the keys, we were out side for three hour and it took a long time to get the keys, but we will book again in sept, they all enjoyed it there apart from that..... perhaps having some one on reception at the arrival time would eradicate this problem, but as i said nothing else to complain about. maybe writing contact numbers on our receipts would have made all the difference, even the shop next door didn't display a telephone number for us

The location and views were fantastic closeness to supermarket great. It was good having a full oven and washing machine in the Apartment I would consider this essential if coming for a longer period of time which I hope to later in the year or in the future. The beach was very clean and well looked after excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommend these Apartments to family and friends.

As an Irish person and a lover of cups of tea I think it would be a good idea to provide a kettle as we bought one and left it in the Apartment and we did not have access to a hair dryer and English tv channels. The only other suggestion I could make is have a printed sheet for cooker operation's.
