La ubicación y las vistas. El piso, no obstante, requiere de un lavado de cara, al menos, de mobiliario. Eso sí, el personal de la inmobiliaria es fantástico.
Los colchones para dormir están para una renovación urgente.

La dame qui nous a accueillis a été extrêmement gentille, serviable et très réactive à chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son accueil chaleureux. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et offre une vue tout simplement extraordinaire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation. Petit bémol : l’absence de climatisation gâche un peu le plaisir, surtout en été à Benidorm où il fait très chaud.
