New apartment (August 2022) for 6 people, on the third line, above Jumping Jacks, just 4 minutes from Levante Beach and 10 from the center. It has 2 full bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a beautiful chill-out terrace, sea views, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). It also has its own parking space, a communal pool, and a tennis court. This apartment is located in a very quiet, family-friendly, well-maintained, safe, and clean building.
