Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 1 km, Mundomar 1 km, Benidorm Palace 1 km, Terra Mitica 3 km, Terra Natura 3 km, Karting 4 km. This is the first time ive used this property.
Location is amazing and the apartment itself was very spacious. Much better than cramped hotel rooms.
Only down side was no pool but when your located 50 metres from the beach then have no complaints.

Only problem we had was the gates were locked on a night and given to keys but only had 1 lock key so we had to climb over the wall not good if you are disabled or just cant do it

Travelled with a group of friends for 3 nights. The location of the apartment was brilliant, on the beach front and minutes to the main bars. The apartment itself is slightly dated but on a whole it was a comfortable stay for 6 people. The only negative was the hot water was intermittent, we had to all have showers throughout the day as the hot water would run out after 2 showers. But a comfortable stay for 6 adults.
