Accommodation of 80 m² very bright, with 15 m² terrace and clear views and pool views.
It has a lift, internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal communal swimming pool (01/06 to 30/09), 1 Television, iron.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- Key handover and check-in are carried out at our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, trading name BenidormBooking, opposite the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash as an alternative.

Perfect location Lovely apartment
We had two keys to the main apartment door, both were very difficult to get in with, had to jiggle the lock for a good few minutes.

These apartments are ideal for a stay in Benidorm. Locatated right on the main strip. We were a group of six and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone and loads of facilities within the apartment.
We arrived at 12.00 midday and we had a bit of a walk to collect the keys. Was told when we got there they would not be available until 4.00 so had to go back. You can store your luggage but there is a cost.
