The location is perfect 👌
Having to pick up keys from safe outside your office at 11 pm in an unsealed envelope and another set of keys in unsealed envelope which led to both sets falling out of the safe and being mixed up which led to a nightmare trying to find out which set were ours. Also, trouble opening the door to the building. There should be a rep from the company to meet you at the apartment. Flat was dirty, and showers need upgrading.

Location was perfect. Plenty of room in the apartment and it was very well equipped. Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to suit our needs.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location amazing
Blanket on bed in double was coverd in hair so had to take it off. The shower in that room needs some attention on the bottom. It makes it look diry
