A further edition to the Benicabo Property Management group holding, this perfectly located quiet front line 4th floor apartment although built in the heart of the Rincon de Loix, Benidorm, is peaceful enough to sit on the front balcony and watch the world go by. Benidorm's famous Levante beach, for that all important sunbathing, is just 30m from the blocks entrance doors, for those who like the late nights and disco dancing Benidorms night life is only 2 streets back leaving the normal holiday atmosphere with restaurants and bars right on your doorstep.

The location of the flat was what appealed for us to book it, and the view from the balcony was great for people watching, and the sea view.Its a bit tired, but everything was clean. Showers were powerful and plenty of hot water. Kitchen fully equipped if you wanted to self cater in any way.The owner arranged our transfers, which ran smoothly, and met us on arrival for a handover. We didn't have enough towels, but this was quickly resolved by Whatsapp.The beds were comfortable, and one of us used the sofabed no problem with plenty of spare linens. Having two bathrooms was a godsend for 6 ladies. Bring your own toiletries and toilet roll as only half a roll in each bathroom, and no soaps for the bathrooms, but fairy liquid is there for washing up. If you're looking for an inexpensive break, then its perfectly fine as a base to sleep and shower. If you're looking for luxury, then this won't be for you. But was OK for us for a 4 nighter.

We were met by Ali who had also arranged our transport from airport. He showed us all round the apartment to check we were happy which we were. The apartment was spacious and included a fully functioning kitchen washing machine and the price also included SKY TV as we were there in November this was appreciated as not all of us wanted to venture out every night. There are also radiators which warm the apartment up quickly at night. The apartment is only on street away from the entertainment. The supermarket is handy and the wee mini market below has everything needed. Would highly recommend this apartment and Ali the owner was always only a phone call away we booked with him before we left for next September we were so impressed by the whole experience.
